TT International TT International appointed Pacific after an extensive eight week speculative and competitive pitch process, ahead of many of Londonâ€™s leading Design Build and Architectural practices. Both TT International and Pacific share similar business values and goals. As a result, the project teams worked harmoniously throughout on an incredible design and construction journey. The project was completed in record time in the award-winning Moorgate House at the heart of the City. However, the newly completed building had over five hundred subcontractors on site at any one time and tested our sitebased delivery and materials logistics to the limit.

Marshall Wace Asset Management
Marshall Wace appointed Pacific to design and build the new and prestigious top floor of the Adelphi Building in London’s West End. A Grade I listed building, Pacific was asked to sensitively remove the majority of the landlord’s existing fixtures and fittings and replace the air conditioning and ceilings throughout. Marshall Wace also asked Pacific to roll out the highly successful and unique interior to their other London office in Queen Anne’s Gate: Another testament to Pacific’s long-term commitment to working with our clients through their expansion and refurbishment programmes.

Schneider Trading Pacific successfully competed against five of the UKâ€™s leading Design & Build businesses to secure the project with Schneider Trading. Schneiderâ€™s trading floor and wider workplace environment was challenging from both a technical and logistical standpoint. Hundreds of live trading operating businesses work within their offices and with multiple IT hubs in UK and Europe, our IT, HVAC and technical coordination was tested to the limit. Pacific delivered the project successfully on time and on budget and is working with Schneider Trading on their expansion programme in taking additional space for their expanding operations.

Cerberus Capital Pacific has partnered with Cerberus throughout their growth plans in London, from 5,000 sq. ft. on one floor in 2006 to 15,000 sq. ft. over three floors with client suites and roof terraces in 2008. Pacificâ€™s project team has worked meticulously with Cerberusâ€™ senior team to create a highly bespoke, yet warm and stylish interior. Another example of our people and their commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional service.

MKM Longboat MKM Longboat appointed Pacific to complete the design and build of their new HQ in the recently refurbished 10 Old Burlington Street, in Londonâ€™s West End. Occupying the entire third floor, the new office is the epitome of cool minimalist design; a stunningly simple palette of white stone, glass and Venetian plaster. The comprehensive and detailed design development phase was seamlessly integrated into the complex site logistics programme and construction phase to deliver an award-winning interior.

Fleming Family and Partners
Pacific worked with the renowned Fleming family to refurbish a Grade II listed building in central London for their Global HQ. The Pacific team came up with a unique bespoke design which reflected much of the culture and values associated with the traditions of the family and its continuous development. There were a number of challenges in constructing such a complicated project within a very complicated traditional building: The project incorporated everything from corporate offices and meeting suites to full dining and catering facilities for both clients and staff. The results proved to be a fantastic success for both the company and visitors alike. 18,000 sq. ft.
Canamens Energy Pacific won the instruction because of our unique interpretation of the building and the unusual design we produced for this new and exciting independent oil and gas exploration group of companies. We created a very stylistic look and feel which was a platform for a very modern office in a traditional period building. It gave a really clean look and feel to this new business working in a very traditional market area. The owners of the company felt it gave them a really strong identity and excellent place to launch their global business from. We will be working with them on additional projects throughout the Middle East and Asia.
