ESTABLISHING PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE During that module I have learned many essential skills, and developed clear understanding of how to use those skills in professional practice. As a interior design student I achieved all essential AutoCAD skills, as a digital drawing trough the language and the concepts of manual and hand drawing. I understood how important it is for a future designer. Fundamental building blocks (lines, circles, arcs), commands essential to create and modify any digital drawing. After completing module I know how to work with lines (trimming, extending, offsetting, moving, copying, rotating, reflecting, stretching and editing polylines), and with tools like Fillet, Array, Break /Explode. Also drawing layers, selecting colours and drawing floor plans with furnitures, and arranging all this on custom paper layout is no longer a problem for me. On the second trimester I have learned basics of SketchUp, what allowed me to create 3D models limited only by my imagination. Using as simple commands as push/pull, move or copy, I can generate all the 3D shapes I want, to recreate them to excellent visual presentation. I am very grateful for all knowledge I gained. Thank You.
