Job Description: The Brand Development Coordinator will be in-charge of leading all the activities related with new customers and new markets (Youth market and organisations market) and generate Engagement with AIESEC. Design and Management of external Communication Channels, Advertising and strong alliances for it, PPRR and relational marketing. For that reason, he will be leading and tracking the actions of performance and the development of the people he is in charge; also he will be in-charge of all the final actions executed by his team and its development. Main Functions: Media management and advertising To Lead the process of planning, design, verification, and publication of the information according to the local needs and trends. in all the stakeholders, To identify the needs of the target on persuade the target)

Public relations -Design the public relations plan -Management of external communications -Analysis and understanding the needs and perspectives of our allies -Attendance events -Joint work with all areas to support the relationship managemen execute the Public Relations plan. -Tracking the Public Relations Plan -Controlling and evaluating the plan to correct it. - tracking and support the events held by the LC Relational marketing - Storing data management of our stakeholders, organization and analysis in order to capitalize - Use relationships to create strategies and alliances for achieve the sale of any our services -To have relationship with our customers and supply their needs.   

Compliance with minimum membership. Create an action plan for the coordination, clear and structured goals and budget. Ensure compliance with the responsibilities of members of their team, conduct effective delegation, and tracking the needs of its members by the LP and CP.

Job Description: The coordinator of costumer focus must be a person with high strategic skills, marketing and public relations. This coordination is basically responsible for two things: support programs and Brand Development. To support the programs is to be "consultants" ICX, OGX and TM in processes such as: In investigations of markets, segmentation, sales plan, product development. Brand Moreover development is basically responsible for CRM and Up Selling * For that reason, he will lead and track the actions of performance and development of the people that he is on charge; also he will be in-charge of all the final actions executed by his team and its development. Main Functions: Market research -To plan and structure the process of Market research taking into account the requirements and needs of the local committee and projects that are execute. -To propose solutions to problems found and to give advices to the rest of areas taking into account the results of the Market Research. -support the implementation of sales plan - analysis of the economic sectors of Cali - Identify market opportunities Segmentation -using and tracking segmentation tool - sales plan design and tracking Product Packing - create or modify products for the local situation - Create and design portfolios of products each area required (information, communication and design,) - evaluate the efficiency of the products of the LC - Creating strategies and products that increase the cash flow of the LC CRM

-Customer Service Management -Relationships with our allies -creating formats, methodologies or strategies of CRM Up Selling - Ensure that all our customers to take more than one of our programs  Create an action plan for the coordination, clear and structured goals and budget.  Ensure compliance with the responsibilities of members of their team, conduct effective delegation, and tracking the needs of its members by the LP and CP.  Compliance with minimum membership.

Job Description: The Brand Development Manager will be in-charge of executing all the activities related with new customers and new markets (Youth market and organizations market) and generate Engagement with AIESEC. Executing the external Communication Channels and media plan, executing the PPRR and relational marketing activities (events,business conferences, etc)

Main Functions: Media management and advertising -Execute of media plan -Designing marketing materials for external -Support of external campaigns mainly BTL's - Brand Positioning in all the stakeholders Public relations -Management of external communications -Analysis and understanding of our allies perspectives -Attendance events -Joint work with all areas to support the relationship management Relational marketing - Storing data management of our stakeholders, organization and analysis to capitalize - Use relationships to create strategies and alliances to achieve the sale of any of our services -To have relationship with our customers and supply their needs 1.
