POPE’S INTENTIONS—MAY 2013
Administrators of Justice. That administrators of justice may act always with integrity and right conscience. Seminaries. That seminaries, especially those of mission churches, may form pastors after the Heart of Christ, fully dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel. If someone asks you what you, as a Catholic believe, tell them about the Nicene Creed which sums up the most important tenets of our faith. The Catechism of the Catholic Church is an excellent, searchable resource to understand all aspects of the Catholic faith. If you have questions, please feel free to contact Fr. Martin or the office staff. OFFERING MASSES is a great way to honor birthdays for the living, and Praying for your deceased relatives and friends! It helps those for whom masses are offered, as well as assisting the church. It is inexpensive in costs, and rich in rewards for those alive and in purgatory.
May is the month when Catholics traditionally focus on Mary, the Mother of Jesus; a logical time for the celebrations of Mary, who brought life into the world.
Happy Mother’s Day !
