What do you think about the climate change?
It's a very deliberate situation, but my point of view is that it causes extensive damage around the world and many of them are irreversible, so we must take drastic measures as soon as possible to stop this phenomenon that is affecting us. 2. What differences you can notice between 20 years ago and today? The most notable change is that the air was cleaner, but now it's very dirty due to contamination. There have also been changes in the flora and fauna due to pollution, so this leads to changes in their habitats and are no longer fit to live. 3. What types of plant or animal species changed or disappear over time? I couldn't be specific, but I am aware of the large number of animals and plants that have become extinct due to climate change, especially those who live in very cold ecosystems. 4.
In what forms you think this problems affects humanity?
Mainly, people contract many diseases due to pollution, but on the other hand, natural disasters arise due to climate change that are catastrophic and affect humanity dramatically.
5. Do you think the upcoming generations will be affected by this problem? Definitely, because the changes will be in the future and these are not positive. 6. In what ways do you think the upcoming generations will be affected? First of all, health will be the most affected and therefore the weather wouldn't be favorable to perform daily activities. 7.
How your daily activities are affected by this climate change?
They are not affected greatly, but the only thing that is uncomfortable is weather, because winter and summer are very extreme. 8.
What proposals do you have for this problem?
The main idea would be a campaign against contamination and another of reforestation, because this would generate significant changes in the environment. The second idea could be recycling. 9.
Which of these proposals you rate as the most effective?
I think the campaign of reforestation is the most effective. 10. What advises you can make to the authorities of your region to solve this problem? To implement more stringent pollution standards, that the objectives of government focus more on the ecological and clean the streets more often.

Anabolic steroids Anabolic steroids are man-made substances synthesized from androgens such as testosterona1, androsterone and androstenedione, which are male sex hormones and are secreted naturally. While the aims to increase muscle development using the word anabolic. We need some definitions are widely present, as the term ¨ hormone is a chemical secreted by a cell or group of cells in a specific tissue, and carried by the physiological fluids, exerted on the cells of other tissues or organs a physiological effect of stimulating or inhibiting regulatory University of Madrid, 2005; androgen, which refers to hormones that stimulate male sexual development (such as beard growth and voice change), testosterone is the product glandular generates the testicles. Being segregated denotes changes in the body, such as the widening of the muscles and the development of body hair.
Androsterone is a steroid precursor (provided it is added to the body, not produced) because when metabolized in the body generates these anabolic. After years of exhaustive research on the effects of testosterone, human trials were implemented with injections of testosterone and its derivatives, creating stunning effects in increasing muscle mass and reduce fat. At first, we used for the soldiers of World War II because they were malnourished and food flatus. I think that using steroids to gain muscle mass and development in a very short period of time is cheating, because physical endurance athletes do naturally. However, for diseases this use is appropriate as it is an essential route for the individual's life. For lazy steroid users tend to use more and more until you reach an addiction, causing damage to the body that can become irreversible, just to look good or grow in a synthetic. Say no to Anabolic Steroids and stay on track, focus on healthy eating and adequate exercise without exceeding the levels set by your own body.

he hunger games is a movie based on a book
written by Suzanne Collins. The story it’s supposed to be the United States in the future, where everything has changed. There are twelve districts and one capitol that rules them, in the past there was an uprising, so the capitol made the hunger games as a reminder of that. Every district will have to choose one girl and boy between the ages of 12 and 18, to offer them as tributes; they will put them in an arena designed by the capitol and make them fight between them until dead and only one of the 24 will remain alive. The story is especially about a girl that’s been chosen for tribute in district 12, her name, Katniss Everdeen, the movie shows since the tributes are being chosen in the different districts until the end of the hunger games.
The director Gary Ross made a very good adaption of the movie according to the book. Despite the violence that’s been brought to the screen even thought it was really low down from the books, the movie explores interesting themes such as totalitarian government and screen violence as entertainment for people. It’s not the common movie that all teens read, yes it has a little bit of romance, but the movie is not about love, it’s more about showing the real power that government can have in the population.

Six Flags I had never been to Six Flags, all my friends keep talking about how funny it is, about the size of roller coaster, and the fear they felt the first time they jumped on the famous Goliath. I always sit and listen to everything they said about each roller coaster, and I imagined how it would be. In Easter holidays, Tomas, Marcia and I decided we could make a trip to LA, stay in the apartment of my dad (since he works there) and stay there for a weekend. When we went to LA, we went to the apartment of my father, but were too small for us to stay, so Mei, the owner of the departments, provided us an apartment for the four of us there and we were able to be more comfortable. We bought tickets online so it would be cheaper and it was good because we saved a lot of money, we also got nice places, because the park was very crowded. We arrived an hour before they opened the park, once it opened Mario and Tomas wanted to go to Goliath and we were running but it was closed, so we went to a game where Mario couldn’t play because he was too high, he was told there was a point in the game where he could break his legs.
SPORTy| Personal Experience
After the game, we realized that the Goliath was already opened, and Mario and Tomas were insisting that they wanted to go to it, Marcia and I didn’t want to, but I was a little scared. At the end, they ended up convincing me, Marcia refused so she went to another game. It was our turn, Tomas and I were together and Mario in front of us. I felt the raise eternal, and gave me a great desire to jump off the car so I would not feel the descent. In the end, I ended up liking the game so much, but I was hoarse because I screamed a lot. When we finished the game, the boys that were in front of my brother turned around and said: “Hey dude, she is crying!” and my brother started laughing, I was very embarrassed.
Then we went to every game we could, we ate, we played basketball, ran, we get wet, we were dizzy. It was a beautiful experience, because even though I shared all the games with some of my best friends, I had a great time with my brother.

Top 10 International desserts By FernandaQuintana
Cakes, breads, muffins, pie, puddings, ice cream – it seems like every country enjoys something sweet after a meal. This list describes ten outstanding desserts from around the world. Nothing in your area? That’s a great incentive to travel the world and taste the local flavors!
10. Sopapilla (E.U.) The name “sopapilla” most likely stems from a Spanish word sopaipa, meaning “sweet fried dough”. Sopapillas are originated in New Mexico around 200 years ago. Sopapillas can be eaten alone but their spectacular tastes comes when they are drizzled in some honey or the honey is actually poured inside the hollow bread. Cinnamon may be sprinkled on them to compliment this delicious dessert. 9. Churros (Spain) Churros are sticks of soft dough, made from wheat flour and other particular ingredients. They are extruded through an object that appears to be a star but it is a molded curve which comes in assorted sizes. They are usually made with no-cholesterol 100% vegetable shortening. They are powdered with cinnamon and sugar. The exterior is crispy but the interior is softer.
8. Tiramisu (Italy) There is a pseudonym for this; it is called “Tuscan Trifle.” It originates from Siena, a northwestern Italian province of Tuscany. This is the antitheses of the heavy American pie; this dessert is light, similar to light tapioca pudding. Even lighter, more like whipped cream. Tiramisu is made from eggs, mascarpone cheese, ladyfingers, cream, liquor brandy, marsala, a little sugar, some rum, shaved chocolate or cocoa. Mascarpone is a triple-crème cheese. Ladyfingers are sweet little sponge cakes. 7. Almond cookies (China) Originally from China, many ethnic communities have adopted these almond cookies. These cookies are found all over America. They are often served complimentary after a large or expensive Chinese meal such as suckling pig or lobster. Do not mistake these cookies with the dry and stale fortune cookies. With milk, there may not be a better dessert around.
6. Fruit salad dessert (Central Africa) Nothing healthier than a fruit salad. There is not any one type of salad that predominates in this region, but they all feature watermelon. In fact, watermelon feeds the entire animal kingdom in this area. Wherever you are, watermelon is absolutely essential to a fruit salad. 5. Castle pudding (England) England is not known for its delicious food. In fact, the English got it right in terms of this dessert. What separates this pudding from the rest is the topping. The pudding is not what marvels one’s senses; it is the strawberry jam that is cascading down the sides of the pudding. These two textures were made for each other. Usually this type of pudding is baked in a dariole mold. This translates into the French verb “dorer” which means “cover in gold.”
SPORTy| Service 4. Pavlova (Australia and New Zealand) This is a dessert preference in Australia, New Zealand and England. There is not any one kind of pavlova and it is not something sold on the street corner or in a convenience store. It is found in prestigious restaurants and some cake stores are known to carry this sweet delight. It is made from egg whites and sugar and, the outside of the meringue shell will be crunchy. Whipped cream envelopes this dessert while the inside has a marshmallow like texture. It is served with any of these luscious fruits: strawberry, kiwi, raspberry or peach. 3. Baklava (Turkey) This ambrosial dessert is now linked to Greece and Greek food settings, but it was first concocted in the Ottoman Empire inside Turkey. During this period, the Greeks and the Turks shared foods and ideas, including, but not limited to, this spectacular dessert known as Baklava. Phyllo dough is used in the recipe and It can be tricky to manipulate: it is fine and dries very quickly. Honey, sugar, lemon juice, and orange water are used to make a syrup, which is poured over layers of phyllo dough and melted butter. Nuts are placed on top, usually pistachios, and the result is a thick but savory dessert. 2. Chestnut Kintons or Cream Candy (Japan) Chestnuts are the staple in Japan, with sweet potatoes, sugar, mirin sauce and some vinegar. This chestnut is from a chestnut tree that is only found in Japan and South Korea. It is quite small, reaching only about 15 cm tall at the largest. This is a deciduous tree and the Japanese have taken advantage of Mother Nature’s offerings by creating a dessert candy that is delectable. 1. Gulaab jamun (Indian) Corn oil is preferable for this tasty dessert. Powder, regular milk, and perhaps some raisins or pistachios are most of the ingredients. This dough is divided into small balls and they will increase in size like donuts. The syrup’s taste is indicative of where it is made in India. Gulaab Jamun can be stored over night to absorb more syrup. This dessert can be served or eaten hot or cold. This dessert can also be delivered with even additional syrup layered on it. This is a traditional Indian dessert served on the holidays.

This essay presents one of the most favorite sports in the world, its history, best players and best teams. Soccer is a game that can be found in almost every corner of the earth and history. It was played since dates as far back as 3000 years ago. But it was in England where soccer really began to take shape…
“Soccer is a matter of life and death, except more important” -Bill Shankly
This sport is considered the universal game, as it’s played all along the world. Since it was created, as I said before, in England, it has been improved. It all started in 1863, when rugby association and football association split in different courses. After that separation, the first Soccer association was created in England. After that, eleven teams were invited to play a tournament, and a lot of people started to watch the sport and to like it. Only eight years after its foundation, the Football association already had 50 member clubs. The first football competition was the FA cup, which preceded the League Championship by 17 years. After knowing a little bit of soccer history, let’s talk about the best player in soccer history. He was born in Três Corações, Brazil the 23 of October of 1940. He was named Edson Arantes do Nascimento, but he is worldwide known as Pelé. He started
playing with Bauru Athletic club in Bauru, São Paulo, but in 1956 he was taken to the club Santos to try out professional football. He made his debut in 7 of September of 1956, at the age of 15, and scored 1 goal in the game against Corinthians, for a fantastic win of 7 – 1. Since that game, he started gaining the people that went to see him play. After all of his life in Santos and scoring a total of 1087 goals, he retired from soccer. Even though he retired, Pelé won a lot of money with a lot of TV. Commercials he made along of his life. After knowing about the best player in history of soccer, I will tell you about the best team. This team was founded in 1902 by two brothers, Juan Padrós and Carlos Padrós, with the name of Real Madrid. This team has won a record of 31 La Liga titles, 18 Copas del Rey, 8 Spanish Super Cups, 1 Copa Eva Duarte and 1 Copa de la Liga, and in international competitons it has won a record 9 UEFA Champions League titles, 2 UEFA Cups, 1 UEFA Super Cup and 3 Intercontinental Cups. This team is considered as the richest soccer team in the world with 436.6 millions of Euros, and it’s worth more than 1.4 millions of Euros, only with the value of its players. In conclusion, Soccer is the most played sport in the world, and in my opinion the best of them. It has been played since a lot of time and almost everybody can play it. And I will resume this with this phrase: “You can play it, you can retire, but you will never forget it” -Pelé

LAMBORGHINI SPECIAL EDITION According to recent statements made by people close to the dome of the Italian supercar brand is preparing a bull very special version to celebrate its 50 anniversary held exactly 2013. Based on the statements has been told that this new model "will be shocking" and, considering the history of the brand have surprises in the form of unique models that can hang our begins to drool. Clear examples of what we say we have such a special edition of the Lamborghini Countach created to celebrate 25 years of the brand or the Lamborghini Diablo SE30, the Italian model created as a tribute to the 30th anniversary of the signing. Over time, namely 10 years, the Lamborghini has created a special edition of his bat, which many welcomed as if he were a living at it. All this suggests that a more radical about his upcoming Jack Aventador. We will see what is all this. I like the idea of going Italian designers innovating new cars each date of execution. It's something that motivates millionaires to buy more Ferruccio Lamborghini´s cars. Their sales strategies are in a frantic fight with Enzo Ferrari, so that their designs should be very innovate and original. The story of these two goes back to the past when I buy a car Ferrari Lamborghini and went very bad, so decided to create their own brand to beat the Italian team. By Miguel Velasquez
Giancarlo Zambrotta an idol There was once a football player named Giancarlo Zambrotta. He was very good in the sports, until one day an Italian coach called him to play with Juventus of Turin. His stay was very difficult as it was not used to playing day and night and had to leave everything, family, friends, and school. Giancarlo had his debut on September 6, 2003 in a match against Napoli. Entering the first goal his emotion was such that he forgot all the effort he had done. Unfortunately very hard on one play, a player of Napoli Zambrotta injured to the extent of breaking her ankle, tibia and fibula broken, was what the doctor said. Six months after being sidelined, he put all his effort into rehabilitation. After two months of rehabilitation, the boy could return to coaching soccer, but it was not the same, felt that his ankle was much weaker than before, so I was afraid to play hard. Coach was good to him and helped him back to be a skilled player. Exploded their skills and transform your weaknesses into his greatest strengths so continued his journey Giancarlo football. After spending two years after the rehab, Giancarlo was called to play the World Cup officiated in Germany, 2006. In the first round did not occur any major event, but in the second round, scored

His opponent was Brazil, so it had to change the lineup and put it in the midfield. His brilliant participation had to do with the game won by Italy. The country was in the final against France. Zidane was expelled and Italy won on penalties so Giancarlo won the top prize in international football, world cup Germany 2006.

Revolution The industrial revolution is the change in the production and consumption of goods by the use of business tools, the motion requires the application of the power of nature. The features that stood out at this time were: The application of science and technology allowed the invention of machines that improved production processes. • The depersonalization of industrial relations: is passed from the family workshop at the factory. • The use of new energy sources like coal and steam • The revolution in transport: railways and steamboat. • The emergence of the urban proletariat. • Capitalism is an economic system that emerged following the Industrial Revolution in which there was a technological breakthrough and there were large machines that caused the production of goods available in the market to increase substantially.
A new class stronger and leader: the bourgeoisie. Industrial capitalism created by the capitalist bourgeoisie accumulated wealth. • The proletariat, which led to important labor movements. •The rise of the middle classes. • The rural exodus or migration to the city to work in industries. • Social abuse of the richest to the poorest, are the years of working days of 10 to 14 hours, including children.
• They move classes as usual as nobility or the clergy, now emerges as the bourgeoisie ruling class (has the power of money). The industrial revolution made a big difference in the industry and the economy of the countries involved, and today we have us. They provide more things, we can develop products faster than a person would, products are made of better quality and faster to be transported by rail and steamboat were created. They also used natural elements to create energy sources. A serious disadvantage in the maquiladoras machines are replacing people in their work, and many people are losing their jobs. The technology is growing more and more, at first, all these changes of the industrial revolution were hard and people could not adapt to them, now, are so new that only one button can achieve thousands of things that are a
great benefit to us, but also makes us lazy because machines made all activities for us, a very clear example in the school would be the calculator, and do not use our head to think how much is 2 +2 and just do a click on the calculator and is the result.
About 3 years ago my life was completely different starting with the responsibilities I had before and that I have today. I well remember those days of my past, where I could entertain or take a break at any time of day, unlike now I need to organize my time to maintain good grades in school. In the evenings I used to play video games, being on the computer or practicing athletics 3 hours a day which was very rewarding for me. In contrast, long ago I decided to stop these activities because they were interfering with my school performance and it was then when I decided to go to the gym, but I can say that that decision changed my life positively in many ways. I also spent more time at home, and now I invest more time in studies than in my family. I never thought that someday this would happen, but after all I realized that I had to grow up and start a life as an adult and take responsibility for my life to succeed. By Erik aguilar
So last week, we went to Sushi bar & delivery to eat, I was with my friends in the second floor we had just done eating, so we were just talking, and then Michelle say hi to someone downstairs and we were like what? So we asked her who was she waving at, and she told us: I don’t know, I was just looking down, and he saw me and waved at me, so we were laughing really hard, when they stopped and said: Oh god! He’s coming. So the boy approached our table and we were like what’s going on with him? And then he told us: Hey, what are you doing here all alone? And we started laughing at him, it was really funny, we tried to stopped laughing but we couldn’t it was just so hilarious, so he left, and we were like: Oh my god! He’s going to be traumatized by us. After that when we were trying to ask for the bill we just stared at the guys waiting for them to turn around and look at us, and then the waiter was like: what’s going on with them?, because we looked like stalkers, then he approached and asked what was going on, so we asked for the bill and finally left.
