ELEV 2 HT FREIGV ELE PROJECT STATUS: Contract for a new lease its being signed after many fitting plans and personnel selection. A final layout has been approved and is being evaluated for cost estimating while material selection is still being finalized among two different vendors of furnishings and partition systems.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Boston private office required to relocate their head quarters to a smaller office within the same building. Efforts for telecommuting were encouraged allowing for a decrease on the rentable square footage of the prime location the office decreased over 45% on occupancy from its last survey in 2001. The prestigious address is to be maintained while generating savings of over 40% in rental budget and 30% in total usable square feet. The project was worked in collaboration with Dyer Brown Architects.
