already enclosed structure makes for easy phasing and construction void of water damage rentable flex space provides opportunity for profit

STABLE/STORM SHELTER goats, chickens, horses and llama in stable area to help promote hands on science activities.

LACK OF CENTRAL REST ROOMS LEAKING POOL

no area for girls to shower or use rest room in center area of camp

pool starting to wash away because of drainage, not efficient

DISCONNECT BETWEEN CAMPS

camp sites feel like individual areas instead of communicating as parts of a unit

BUILDINGS IN DISREPAIR siting of buildings has caused foundational problems used structures on property decaying daily no division between administration area and girls area

UNUSABLE LAKE lake filled with sediment from surrounding hills dam is failing and unsafe dredging costs $150,000 every 20-30 years no large place for girls to gather around lake, which is most central part of camp

REST ROOMS/SHOWERS located mid way between camps with composting toilets and solar hot water heated showers

CAMP CENTER large open grass field central congregation/activity area

NEW PROPERTY LINE sell off area of camp with the most differed maintenance costs and only area with frontage on main road
