2 The case   report   shows   a   severe   class   5   man-‐ dibular   bone   atrophy  according   to   the   classi9i-‐ cation  of  Cawood  and  Howell,  in  a  monoedentu-‐ lous  25  years  old  female  patient  in  good  health  . The   complete  bone  regeneration  and  the   inser-‐ tion  of  one  implant  was  performed  in  two  steps. The   BoxTechnique   allowed   to   gain   a   tridimen-‐ sional   ridge   bone   augmentation:   9.00   mm   in   vertical     direction    and  10.00  mm  in  horizontal     one.  (picture  1,  2,  3) In   the   new   bone   volume   obtained   one   implant   was  inserted  in   3.1  area   (TRI   Implant  3.3  mm   X   11.00  mm). The   9iller   used   was   the   mineralized   human   bone  from  the  bank  tissues  (about  3.5  cc.) After  6  months  the  sole  implant  was  uncovered;   the   temporary   crown   was   positioned   at   the   same  time  and  the  9laps  were  sutered.   The   case   in   object   confermes   once   again   that   this  novel  technique   is  able   to   resolve  bone  at-‐ rophies  in  aesthetic  areas  without  comprises.   The   BoxTechnique   shows   six   important   fea-‐ tures:   1-‐   It   is   the   9irst   aesthetically   guided   bone   re-‐ generetion  technique. 2-‐   It   allows   the   bone   regeneration   where   aes-‐ thetic  requires. 3-‐  It  uses  only  resorbable  materials. 4-‐  It  avoids  any  autologous  bone  grafting. 5-‐   It   allows   the   early   transfert   implants   posi-‐ tioning. 6-‐   It  reduces   surgical   trauma   compared   to   the   other  surgical  techniques.
