测评方式 Application Assessment

测评采取专业评审团审议和公众投票相结合的模式进行: 一、专业评审团将由组委会组织，涵盖国际酒店管理集团高层、行业资深专家、商务精英及“星光 客”评审委员组成的评审团，将为评选活动带来专业的意见及客观的声音； 二、奖项投票范围包括所有主办方所影响的区域，投票方式包括网络投票、传真、邮寄投票； 三、最终获奖情况将由专业评审团与大众投票结果相结合产生，保证活动的公正性、公平性、权威性。 1. The assessment will be made by over 100 delegates form hotel experts, professionals, all event participants and netizens.

2. The public can vote by fax, email or online.

3. Final award-winners will be generated by counting the total ballots from experts, professionals from the industry as well as public assessment.

The whole process of the assessment will be conducted in such way to ensure strictest adherence to the principles of authority, justice, equity.

为中国酒店业提供卓越服务的支持机构或行业协 会，共同推进行业进步，并在该服务区域取得突 出成绩。

评选规则 Selecting Rules 1、主办方本着“权威公正、公平公开”的原则进行评比活动； 2、主办方将根据参评企业的水平决定最终颁发的奖项及数量； 3、考虑地域平衡性，原则上一个城市只在同一奖项上产生一家获奖酒店； 4、酒店可提出申请与自身特色相关的奖项。组委会将根据企业提交的资料进行审核或推选； 5、提交参评表格将被视为已完全接受推选的所有参评规则； 6、主办方有权在任何时候使用参评企业所提交的所有材料，无需再得到企业许可。

品牌推广 Brand Promoting 1、本次推选活动自愿申报，免费报名，入围后需缴纳参评费人民币6,800元，活动所发生 费用由主办方及承办单位先期承担。 2、推选揭晓后，主办方将举办盛大的颁奖典礼；并将在媒体发布获奖公告，为获奖酒店代 理刊登宣传广告，进行全国品牌战略推广。该费用将由各获奖单位自行承担。

Organizing committee firmly adheres to the principles of authority, justice and equity in selecting the winners.

Organizing committee reserves the final decision for the categories and quantity of the awards.

Each award goes only to one winner in the same city in principal so as to ensure the regional equity.

Appraisals from hotels of setting new awards related to their characteristics will be carefully assessed, and final decisions will based on the materials submitted.

Submitting application form is regarded as accepting all rules governing applications and selection.

Organizing committee has the right of using application materials submitted without additional permission of applicants.

1. Free sign up for the nomination, the eligible finalist pay a fee of RMB 6,800. The cost of the activities that occur will be paid by the organizers in advance.

2. After the result been revealed, an grand awards present ceremony will be held and award winning announcement will be published by the media and place advertisement to proceed nation-wide brand strategic promotion. The costs that occur are to be paid by each award winner.

第一阶段：免费报名 企业自行申报或行业专家及各协会提名推荐。 第二阶段：初评入围 所提交的报名资料经组委会初评，确定入围。 第三阶段：大众投票 以官方及合作媒体刊登投票信息，接受广大消费者投票推选。 该项投票结果在最终 评选结果中占评分30%。

第六阶段：组委会投票 特邀权威媒体编辑、商旅人士及组委会成员所组成的评审 团 将综合评核各个候选单位，此部分结果在最终评选结果中占评分20%。 第七阶段：统计结果 组委会综合各方投票情况，统计获奖结果，得出最后榜单。 第八阶段：获奖通知 向获奖酒店发送获奖通知。 第九阶段：盛大颁奖 举行星光奖颁奖典礼，为各获奖酒店颁发奖牌及证书。 第十阶段：品牌推广 公布所有获奖酒店名单，进行全国品牌推广。 By improving the original selection standard, the China Hotel Starlight Awards Committee will finalize the ultimate winners through a strict selection procedure.

On 22 nd March,2013, Guangzhou, all the winners will be announced in the 8 th China Hotel Starlight Awards Presentation Ceremony.

Stage 1. Free self-application or nomination by hotel experts and associations.

Stage 2. Appraisal and shortlisting of finalist nominations.

Stage 3. Voting online by hoteliers and all participants, this will take up 30% of final score Stage 4. Committee appraisal of all the finalist nominations, which will take up 20% of final scores.

Stage 5. Mysterious guests will evaluate the applied hotels based on their experience during the stay. The evaluation will be released in the media reports after the ceremony, and take up 20% of final score.

Stage 6. Voting by the judging committee, which is comprised of authoritive media, business travelers and organizing committee, will take up 30% of final score.

Stage 7. Finalize award-winners based on the voting and appraisal results.

Stage 8. Notify award-Winners to attend Award Presentation Ceremony.

Stage 9. Grand Award Presentation Ceremony.

Stage 10. Brand and product promotion for award-winning hotels.
