PaYment Plans canisius offers three different payment plans to make financing your education as easy as possible. you may pay for the year’s costs all at once at the beginning of the academic year; make two installments at the beginning of each semester; or use our very popular griffin payment plan, which allows you to pay in 10 monthly installments from august to May. More information about these options will be provided with your financial aid award, and you may contact the office of student Financial aid for more details.

CamPus ministrY immersion eXPerienCe Campus Ministry Immersion (CMI) is a special four-day introduction to Canisius College, campus Ministry and the spirit of our Jesuit, catholic college. students who participate in cMi start their college experience early and partake in local service and justice activities, prayer and a retreat. resident students are able to move on campus prior to the start of cMi. For more information or to apply, visit canisius.edu/cmi.

honors ProGram The All-College Honors Program combines a rigorous, interdisciplinary curriculum with independent research and scholarly travel to provide an enriched academic experience at canisius. an invitation is mailed to those who qualify. students not invited may express their interest through a formal online application process at canisius.edu/honors, where they’ll also find more information about Honors, its curriculum and benefits. special housing for interested Honors students is limited and placement is contingent upon deposit date.

Cars Yes, first-year students who live on campus are allowed to bring cars. The campus also offers a weekly shuttle to the area’s largest shopping mall, as well as a grocery store and movie theaters.
