In 2011, I was accepted as a scholarship student at the University of Caxias do Sul (Brazil). My courses are all focused in Architecture and Urban planning. In 2013 I applied for an exchange program also from the Brazilian government in which I won a scholarship to study English and Architecture at the University of New Mexico, where I am studying until now. Along my undergraduate program I have learned how Architecture and urban planning inď€‚uence in the human life. I would like to work with sustainable design and construction, and environmental aspects because Iâ€™m interested on the development of smart ways on the use of sources such as energy savings, water, thermic comfort, materials and technology. The professional of architecture has as goal the improvement on the life style of the society. When working in small project it has the ability to inď€‚uence in the comfort and quality of life; in large scale as well, in urban planning projects. The wisdom use of architecture skills is an exercise of learning and understanding about needs, so through that the architect can create ideas to develop: the site where the building is or will be seated and the building itself. And at least it has the obligation to concern about sustainable solutions to environmental questions also contributing to the city development. Also, I learned how to work in collaborative projects, contributing and developing ideas. I have highly effective time management skills as demonstrated by my ability to balance full time study and employment where I learned the meaning of responsibility. I am proud to tell that I can relate well with others, and I have motivation and passion for innovative design solutions. These qualities have been proven through consistent achievements acquired in the projects that I work in.

Fundamentals Class. In this class I learned the differents techiniques of drawing, the use of different materials, the use of light and s hadow, profundity, and perspective. In these drawings I used, nankin pencil, graphite pencil, watercolor pencil and gel pencil in different types of p a p e r .
These 3d drawings were developed in a G r a p h i c Representation C l a s s . T h e techniques varied using different software, including, A u t o C a d , SckechUp, Corel Draw, Photoshop and Photo Paint. In this class I learned how to explore the best of each softaware and mix them.

This work was a collaborative process, where in a group we divided ideas and work. I worked in all process of design and concept, however I was focused in the graphic representation and the Concept Following the concept of garden city by Ebenezer Howard, the land division is focused on the balance between the urban environment and the sustainable development. The district where was planned is a miscellany of industry and housing. The focus of the project was to provide to society the contact of nature in the same time that they have access to the u r b a n f a c i l i t i e s .

Area of intervention
The physical model helped us with the 3D view of the project, also helping with the better interpretation and correct use of contour lines and the interference of the s u r r o u n d i n g c o m m u n i t y . S t r e e t s : The enlargement of streets was divided in principal and secondary. The streets has the i n t e n t i o n o f proportionate a pleasant walk, giving the opportunity to the dwellers of enjoy the nature and the public walkway with safety and quality. Also was planned a bicycle lane, witch proportionate broad access along the n e i g h b o r h o o d . L a n d D i v i s i o n : The land division shows a organic grid resulting in a good interactivity with the parks and green a r e a s . H o u s i n g : The housing plan was divided in commercial buildings, detached buildings, institutional buildings, and multi familiar buildings.
Atelier-House The atelier-house was planned to answer the necessities of the client. Seeking the comfort, privacy, economy, smart use of natural light, smart use of terrain and wondering about the sustainable construction. The project concept is deď€ ned by superposition of three horizontal rectangular blocks and one vertical rectangular block for the vertical circulation. The atelier house is closed to the exterior and completely open for the interior, witch gives more privacy and safety for the d w e l l e r s . Adequacy to topography, solar position and smart use of the views of the terrain are the key words of the c o n c e p t .
