Choc-cherry mousse: Ingredients: 100g dark chocolate, chopped. 100g milk chocolate , chopped. 2/3 cup Bulla thickened cream. 2 eggs, separated. 2 tablespoons caster sugar. Drained stoneless black cherries in syrup. Double thick cream and grated dark chocolate, to serve.

Method: Step 1: Place chocolate in a heatproof microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium (50%) for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring with a metal spoon halfway through cooking, or until smooth. Set aside for 10 minutes to cook

Step 2: Using an electric mixer, beat cream for 2 to 3 minutes until soft peaks form.


Step 3: Add eggs yolks and half the cream to chocolate mixture. Stir to combine. Fold in remaining cream. Wash and dry beaters and bowl.

Step 4: Using electric mixer, beat egg whites for 3 to 4 minutes until soft peaks form. Add sugar. Beat until glossy. Fold half the egg white mixture into chocolate mixture until combined. Fold in remaining egg white mixture. Spoon mixture into 6x 1/3 cup-capacity glasses. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until set. Dollop with cream and top with cherries. Serve spinkled with grated chocolate.

Cooks the macaroni in abundant water with oil and salt. Seave it and reserve it. (You can refresh them with cold water). In a frying pan with oil add the onion into small pieces, the ham or bacon and the sausage cut into pieces. Then, add the sauce of tomato and stir it for a few minutes. Mix the macaroni with the sauce and put everything in an ovenproof dish. Dust it with grated cheese, gratin it for two minutes and serve.

Ingredients. -10 tablespoons of ‘’cornflour’’ (100 grams). -16 tablespoons of wheat flour (400grams). -14 tablespoons of sugar ( 350 grams). - ! large glass of milk. -4 eggs. -1 sachet of yeast -1 tablespoons of liquor. -1 orange grated. -1 large glass of olive oil.

Process. Blend in a bowl the sugar, eggs, milk, oil, liquor and orange grated. Beating well. Blend in another bowl the cornflour, the wheat flour and the yeast. And then add it to the other Bowl. Spread the oil cupcakes molds and fill them with the mixture to their 2/3. And put it in the oven at 220º, strong oven for 12 minutes.
