Urban planning for a neighborhood in the city of Vitoria. Project developed for a graduation class with a focus on improving the urban space and creating opportunities for people to experience the city. To this end, viewpoints were set up on the existing hill, a popular cinema, multi-sports courts, a pet park, a children's playground, a skate park, as well as a bike lane and a ferry to connect with the neighboring city.
03 Plural
The plural building was developed for the graduation final project. With a vision based on healthy and active ageing, it focused on key elements that could provide accessibility and vivacity in the building in order to improve quality of life at all stages, achieving active and healthy ageing in the elderly years. It adapts to the shape of the proposed site in the same way that it seeks to maintain the livability of the city, through the use of active façades, as well as extrusions that invite people into the space.

This project was developed for the purpose of compatibility, using BIM technology. A cabin was designed with sustainable construction techniques in place, such as the use of the SIP method - Structural Insulated Panel, the use of skylights and a cistern.

During the master's research, which focuses on road safety for elderly pedestrians, guidelines were developed to be applied in access routes to a public square in the city of Vila Velha. The recommendations were based on a previous evaluation with criteria developed specifically to take into account risk factors for falls and accidents for the elder population.
