Federico Antonio Zamora Cavallini
Mr. Ponce has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in Strategic Advisory and Investment Banking in Latin America. Leader in several consulting projects, strategy, operational improvement, M&A, debt restructuring and corporate finance in almost all Latin American countries (focus in México, Central America, Colombia & South USA). He had a stellar career in Bain & Company Inc, one of the top strategic consulting firms in the world. He was a Senior Manager, Manager, Consultant and Analyst at Bain. He was one of the founder team members of the Bain’s offices in México (‘97) and Costa Rica (‘93); and member of the initial team in the Bain’s Sao Paulo office in Brazil (‘99).
Mr. Zamora has an MBA from INCAE. He was part of the founding team for Bain & Company in Costa Rica. Since 1988 to date, Mr. Zamora has been involved in the management and direction of numerous ventures, including commercial, industrial companies and services as well as Non-Governmental Organizations. He participated in both the stage of conceptualization and day to day operations of these projects.
In Central America, Mr. Ponce has participated in the conceptualization and development of the most important groups in the region, Taca Group, Amanco, the alliance between Paiz and Mas por Menos, the takeover of almost all Coca Cola bottlers, the development of the Grupo De Sola real estate business, and many more. Mr. Ponce is an investor, advisor and company officer of private equity funds in USA and Latin America. He was a former director of a software company in Mexico, participated in the executive committee and board member of a real estate developer and investment group and a home accessories manufacturer. Recently, he became an independent Board of Director in a regional chain of hotels. Mr. Ponce participates as speaker in seminars and conferences of LatinFinance, Euromoney and INCAE. Columnist in Estrategia & Negocios magazine. He has an MBA from INCAE and he is Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineer of the Argentinean Air Force and the Universidad Católica de Cordoba, Argentina.
Currently, he is the Vice-President II of “Cámara de Industrias de Costa Rica“, President of the Foundation “Fundación de Apoyo para la Micro y Mediana Empresa de Costa Rica”, an initiative of “Cámara de Industrias de Costa Rica” . He represents the Costa Rican private sector at “Consejo Rector del Sistema de Banca para el Desarrollo” as well as other instances of strategic importance like FUNDECOOPERACION, an initiative born in the Rio Summit of 1992. In Invermaster he has participated in several projects of Strategic Consulting of regional scope, Valuations, Mergers and Acquisitions as well as Corporate Finance projects (in all their modalities). He also contributed in the creation and structuring process of a regional Venture Capital Fund.
Luis Cordón Rodas

Mr. Cordón comes from a background of being a Corporate Financial Director for several industrial groups in Guatemala. He has lead the corporate restructuring of Industrial, Commercial and Real Estate businesses; during which he implemented fiscal strategies, maximized operating productivity. He coordinated teams of legal, accounting, treasury, human resources, external audits and information systems. During his tenure he negotiated mergers and acquisitions of several companies in Guatemala and Mexico; in which he restructured corporate debt with banks and international financial institutions.
José Pablo has lead projects related to strategic consulting, enterprise valuations and capital structuring of companies in diverse industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Specialty Retail, Construction Materials´ Wholesale and Retail, Security, Private Education, Logistics and Agro industry. He also has experience in the analysis, structuring and funding of Real Estate development projects, where he has being involved in more than 15 urban and beach projects during the last 5 years. Mr. Cordero has presented investment ideas and business plans to banks and financial institutions, as well as Private Equity funds and Investors, closing transactions for more than $20 million dollars since 2007. Prior to Invermaster, he has performed several financial-related roles for Deutsche Bank, Hewlett Packard and Procter & Gamble. José Pablo holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología and a degree in Business Management from the University of Costa Rica.
With Invermaster Mr. Cordón has lead from the negotiation until the closing of three strategic alliances and has been active in Project Finance of hydroelectric plants. He has been a Director of several Sporting Federations. He also was a professor at Universidad Francisco Marroquín and Universidad del Valle de Guatemala. He graduated Cum Laude with a Masters degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Universidad Francisco Marroquín in 1999, his undergraduate degree is in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1989.
Cecilia Rodríguez Cremer Cecilia has gained experience in the regional hospitality, retail, restaurant, agribusiness, telecommunications, logistics, pharmaceutical and cement industries, among others; producing valuations, business portfolio evaluations and their value creation, financial modeling, strategy development and mapping of opportunities. Prior to joining Invermaster, she worked for two years in corporate banking at Banco Industrial, S.A., where she managed international credits and syndicated loans for Central America, México, among other. In addition, she audited the administration of Banco Industrial, S.A. offices in Central America and México. During 2005, Cecilia did an internship at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLC. based in Dallas, Texas, as an auditor, where she worked primarily in the financial and energy sector. Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in Financial Consulting from Southern Methodist University.
Juan Diego Berger Crespo Juan Diego has acquired experience in several multinational and national companies. Prior to joining the Invermaster team in 2011, he was the Financial Manager of Metrocom, a company in the telecom industry, where he generated and audited financial reports, tracked inventories, monitored invoices and supervised the results of different departments. Juan Diego held four internships during college years in the areas of Marketing and Finance. In Philip Morris International, Juan Diego worked as a Market Analyst where he conducted market research projects, engaged in negotiations and coordinated high-impact events for several brands. In Citi Bank, he worked as a Financial Analyst in the Commercial Operations Department and then in the Treasury Department, where he gained experience on the foreign exchange markets, analyzed and generated quantitative and qualitative reports for management decision making. In Union Credit Bank in Miami, he worked as a Financial Analyst where he gained knowledge of the Financial and Capital Markets. Juan Diego holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with honors from Universidad Francisco Marroquín, where he double minored in finance and entrepreneurship. In addition, Juan Diego took advanced courses in Finance at Harvard University and London School of Economics. He is an active member of Rotary International in Guatemala.
Valeria Araya Yuditskaya Valeria has been working in strategy projects for wholesale and retail in the construction industry, and also is the analyst responsible for managing the private investments made by Invermaster in real estate projects in Costa Rica. Before Invermaster, Valeria worked as a Financial Analyst for an Investment Bank in London in the Fixed Income research department, covering companies from Russia, Ukrania, Kazakhstan, Turkey and the Middle East where she performed financial analysis and modeling, earnings summaries, supporting the initiation reports that were elaborated for several industries including banking, telecommunications, mining, Oil & Gas, among others. Valeria also worked as Portfolio Assistant at the Fund Management Company in Mercado de Valores de Costa Rica, supporting operations related to the Financial Investment Funds. Her experience also includes developing business plans for micro, small and medium enterprises in Costa Rica. Valeria has a degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance from Universidad La Salle. She is fluent in Spanish, English and Russian.
Andrés Oconitrillo Muñoz Andrés has participated in strategy projects in the construction industry, specifically in wholesale and retail in Costa Rica. Before Invermaster, he worked for Sanigest International S.A. where he developed social projects aimed at countries in the Americas, Asia, Oceania and Europe. His experience includes projects in the areas of public sector comparator (PSC) and public-private partnership (PPP) models, cash flow projections and research in health trends and their economic impact, feasibility analysis and costbenefit and cost-effectiveness studies, among others. He also worked as a trader for the international firm Swift Trade Corporation S.A. where he traded in markets such as AMEX, NYSE and NASDAQ. Andrés is currently pursuing a Licentiate’s degree in Economics from the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, where he earned the second best admission score to the university and later was elected as President of the Economics Student Association of the Faculty.
