Client Concerns Client faced difficulty engaging, retaining and communicating successfully with Millennials both as employees and as customers. Team members (even Millennials) entered our presentation frustrated with the younger generation and eager to place blame. This disconnect had a negative impact on every aspect of the company including sales and service delivery.

Our Observations Outdated policies had fueled a communication disconnect within the team. Overbearing generational stereotypes led to misinterpreted signals. While the existing workforce is comfortable with traditional methods of communication, it had alienated new employees who prefer more modern and efficient methods; inhibiting intergenerational interaction inside and outside the company.
