Resort with 11 story hotel in the coastal zone. The columns and floor plates were saved and the new concrete will now wrap the building. The north site, with all new construction, contains an additional 15 hotel suites, a restaurant, and medical spa. The concept envisions waves washing upon the shore, this is also developed in the terraced landscape.

Baufeld (building) 7 has special meaning as the entrance to downtown Stuttgart. I participated on this project from schematic design through permit drawings. I also helped to coordinate and integrate the MEP and structural requirements.

Located in an industrial area of Hamburg, the site had obstacles to overcome. The existing facade needed to be saved, but it was contaminated. The sound from the surrounding area was high above the acceptable levels for residential construction, so that had to be Typ 1 1 Zimmer, ca.30qm mediated as well. To solve some Typ 2 2 Zimmer, ca.65qm of these issues we placed the sleeping areas on the courtyard Typ 3 3 Zimmer, ca.80qm side and living on the exterior Typ 4 As 4 Zimmer, ca.100qm in the detail facade. shown drawings we mediated the sound Typ 5 5 Zimmer, ca.130qm and noise with the use of trees and Typ 6 6 Zimmer, ca.165qm indirect flows.

Two levels were added to this 13 storey historic building in the downtown core to make space for Perch - ‘an elevated resting place’. Our offices were located in the building, which 448 HILL provided the opportunity to work STREET closely with the owner of the building. PROJECT We prepared office T.I.’s as well as oversaw the design and construction of this restaurant. A new exit stair was added to provide egress for the new roof occupancy.

Learning Resources Center Steinberg Architects Golden West College, Orange County Library and LRC

Camana Bay Observation Tower Moore Ruble Yudell Camana Bay, Grand Cayman

I spent most of my internship working on this development on Grand Cayman. We built a 100 sqft model with laser cut peices and airbrushed the peices with colors. I learned how to use form-z and autocad to model this tower.
