Keynote Speakers Sergeant Terry Hall Terry Hall is a 30 year veteran of the Indianapolis Police Department who has worked the administrative, operations and investigative areas of law enforcement during his career. Sergeant Hall spent seven years in the IPD Sex Offense Branch. His passion and dedication for protecting children comes from a time in his life when he was molested by a family member at the age of 8.
Ed Pereira Ed has been a practicing Clinical Social Worker for 35 years. He has specialized in the field of child abuse for the majority of his clinical career. Ed has dedicated his professional career to counseling victims, survivors and abusers of child abuse in the hopes of teaching them how to improve their quality of life and thus reduce the generational suffering that comes from adults and children not knowing how to value themselves and not believing that they are worthy of love and belonging.
