Having been versatile in AMS, I have observed different strengths and weaknesses of the organization within its internal processes that has a big room for improvement. With my experience of different works in the projects of AMS, I saw things that have a potential of being more than they are now. I envision AMS with better internal foundation through improved system, involvement and relations to achieve a more sustainable organization to provide its members a genuine home organization.
