My ideal diet for gymnastics My ideal diet is composite by 2-3 portions of dairy products, 2-3 portions of meat and beans, 3-5 portions of vegetables,2-4 portions of fruit , 6-11 portions of bread.
The ideal diet is to eat 2 of 3 portions of dairy products, 2 of 3 portions of meat and beans, 3 of 5 portions of vegetables, 2 of 4 portions of fruit and finally 6 of 11 portions of bread.
For this sport especially need to eat lots of carbohydrates. Because the carbohydrates provide many energy for this sport
