Creamy scrambled eggs A simple recipe but a wonderful way to start the day… serves 2

4 large eggs pinch of salt and pepper 2 tbsp milk knob of unsalted butter 2 large buns, toasted and buttered Optional: smoked salmon or cooked bacon METHOD Beat the eggs together with the salt, pepper and milk.
