Classic Salad Dressings French Dressing

Sweet Chilli and Ginger

120ml sunflower or light olive oil 1 tsp of Dijon mustard 40ml of your choice of vinegars (I use sherry or balsamic) seasoning to taste

Delicious with seafood, chicken, and green beans

Thousand Island This is a great topping for burgers too! 4 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 spring onion, finely chopped 6 drops of tabasco 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
