About EPSF Egyptian Pharmaceutical Students' Federation

EPSF is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit organization. It’s the leading national advocacy organization of pharmacy students promoting improved public health through provision of information, education, networking, and a range of publications and professional activities. EPSF is an independent organization works under supervision of the Egyptian Pharmacists’ Syndicate and the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Association (the national FIP) and administrated by Students. EPSF is the Full Member (FM) Federation representing Egypt in IPSF (International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation) in The Netherlands. EPSF was founded in 1982 as the national representative of all pharmacy students in Egypt to be the head of all Local Scientific Associations in the Egyptian pharmacy schools. The national Federation now represents more than 50,000 pharmacy students and recent graduates in 25 schools of pharmacy all around Egypt.

About TPSS Tanta Pharmaceutical Scientific Society

TPSS has been established in 1981 in faculty of pharmacy Tanta University. We seek to prepare responsible figures that benefit themselves, their society wither inside the college or even outside its walls in fields of: health education, linking pharmacy students with their future career, student exchange and fields of entertainment visual and verbal.

MISSION

Tanta Pharmaceutical Scientific Society "TPSS" serves a prominent role in the student activity to promote the performance of the students and graduates of Faculty of Pharmacy Tanta University.

Enable students to convert their mental creations and physical efforts into real achievements, and to prepare official figures that benefit their community.

Vision Never to be alone, with us you will find your true home inside college, and you will find hands of help in many fields to develop your skills in a way that serves the society. 4


Annual National Congress EPSF 18th Congress - 2013

The congress will be hosted by TPSS at conferences center, Tanta University.

When?

The congress date will be 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th of October, 2013

Who?

Pharmacy students, Medical Students, Fresh graduate pharmacists and physicians.

The congress this year has main goal to have a unique community services and partners that can help the health care system to be improved and improve the students' skills and knowledge about many medical and pharmaceutical topics.

GOALS

How? Suggested Program:  Medical, Pharmaceutical, Educational workshops  EPSF workshops (Public health, Professional Development, Continuous Education, Student Exchange and Public Relations).  Educational and Scientific Lectures.  Theme's Awareness Campaign.  Theme's Forum.  EPSF General Assembly Sessions.  EPSF Exhibition.  Theme's Poster Competition.  Theme's oral presentation competition.  Social nights ( EPSF Night, Tanta mini festival, TPSS artistic show and free night tour)

Opening Ceremony

Highlights Campaigns Our campaigns are planned to serve the community with its variety of people, we will organize three campaigns during the congress, which can cover most of categories required. The campaign will target about 10,000 audiences and we can reach to about 50,000 online viewers for our videos and photos. .

Promotion Tools 

  

Our congress will have a unique opening ceremony that will be honored by attendance of deans of both Egyptian faculties of pharmacy and medicines from all universities. The opening ceremony will contain unique activities for sponsors and partners.

Forum Our Forum has a main idea is to spread the knowledge of many society corners that are dealing with the congress scientific theme that through many unique speakers from all society categories that will discuss and spread their point of view to the attendees and media.

Printed Publications (Flayers, posters, banners, booklets and VIP invitations) that will be spread in all Faculties of pharmacy in Egypt and other associations that will involve with us in the congress. Social Media promotion on Youtube through many creative videos that explain our congress and on Facebook and Twitter through many creative designs, photographs and competitions. Website and mobile Application for the full information about the congress and our partners and sponsors. Logo on the official letters and invitations for the Egyptian faculties' deans (pharmacy and medicine). Large logo on the Main banner of the congress’s stage. Logo on the official photographs of the congress that will be published for media and Internet. Logo of the sponsor on the means of transportation of the congress.     

Banner and booth (1.5 meters) during the congress days with different activities. Presenting social activities under the name of the sponsor. Presenting a complete session at the congress.
