New Accounts We are happy to work with new accounts! To set up an account, please provide us with your company information including Store Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email, Contact Name and Tax ID Number. For customers in states without sales tax, a copy of your federal employer ID documentation is required. Ordering Information Initial Minimum order is $150.00 Purchases can be made using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or check. Orders with payment by check will be held until check clearance confirmation. Prepayment is required for new customers. Terms and Conditions By purchasing from AMH Design, LLC. you agree not to offer any of our products via any web auction medium such as Ebay. If you have a web presence and intend to sell our products through your online store we require that you use our electronic photography. Let us know of your intent to sell using the web and we will send you web optimized product photographs. Violation of any of these terms without prior authorization will result in the termination of your account.
Delivery All orders will be sent via insured USPS or FedEx ground service unless otherwise specified. We will attempt to ship all orders using the most cost effective method. Damages Inspect all merchandise upon arrival. If there is any damage due to shipping, save all shipping materials for inspection. Notify us immediately so that a claim can be filed with the shipping company. Damage claims require prior authorization and special instructions to insure that your account is properly credited. Do not return merchandise with out this approval. Please contact us at 347-788-8850 before returning damaged merchandise. Returns We take pride in packing your orders. However should errors occur, please notify us immediately. Errors must be reported within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Returns can be made within 30 days of shipping date. There is a 20% restocking fee for merchandise returned for any reason other than damage or errors. Merchandise substitutions can be made without incurring the restocking fee.
