Kaffe Fassett Knitwear Exhibition Discover exquisite knitwear by the internationally renowned Kaffe Fassett. His patchwork quilts will also be on display at the Welsh Quilt Centre, Lampeter. Daily

A guided walk through the villages of Dre-fach Felindre and Cwmhiraeth, looking at buildings significant to the woollen industry. Distance approx 5 miles. Bring strong walking shoes, wet weather clothes and light refreshments. Booking essential.

Be part of Open Doors, European Heritage Days

Let the story of wool, once the most important industry in Wales, weave its magic in this unique working museum in the Teifi Valley.

Bring along old clothes to create a brand new look, led by expert up-cycler Carys Hedd. Sewing machines provided but you can bring your own. £30 per person / £25 concessions. Booking essential: call 07966-776906 or e-mail

Create a Willow Domed Plant Support

These arches create visual beauty in the garden and provide support for plants. Based on a 17th Century design, they are constructed using a jig. Suitable for all abilities. £15 per person. Booking essential: call 07964-530436 or e-mail

Create a Willow Hanging Basket
