Architecture Today What i have learned so far

Having started the architectural curriculum with the beginning of the world financial crisis, one reflects deeply on the future of the practice. Architecture seems to evolve rapidly in such context; conception and execution of built environment are being constantly requestioned and revisited with the intent of producing an efficient impact in the socio-economical sphere. Massive production of architecture is being halted resulting in a reduced number of well thought projects. Contemporary process is being organized around the collective aspect of architecture generating new ways of interactivity. My country has not yet been affected by the crisis, we are still manufacturing capital driven architecture. But as Walter Benjamin would put it “It is only for those without hope that hope is given. The

translates what i have learned from this contemporary approach to space modeling. I am looking forward to take part in the practical aspect of change in architecture.

Student’s housing  10 Home to many educational establishments, Sin-El-Fil is far from being a normal industrial zone, it is flooded with students and workers during the day and is almost deserted at night.

The student’s housing project was conceived with the aim of introducing a student’s microclimate into a region that is lacking public facilities. The students rooms are articulated
