To pursue medical education in the USA, students are required first to complete a fouryear undergraduate program after the 12th grade. This level is known as pre-medical, and students can normally complete this four-year program in any field of their choice. After the completion of this course, the students need to pass the MCAT test to get admission to a medical school.
