Kinder Around the World (PS) Kinder students travelled around the world in their Around the World activity.

Students performed about specific things from a country to parents and other kinder sections. After each interpretation they ate traditional food from their selected country.

Elementary Stuco Visits Hospital Escuela (ES) Elementary STUCO visited Hospital ¿ Escuela and shared special moments with the cancer ward’s patients. They shared their love and brought blessing bags to the kids and cooperated with FUHNICER’a magnificent volunteers.

Mini Stuco’s legacy this year is about solidarity and helping those in need!

Dr. Vern Granger Conference (HS) Your Dragon 3. of Undergraduate Admissions at the University of WeTrain received the Director It was an incredible morning students!

Connecticut, Dr. Vern Granger, who came to ASTfortoour deliver a conference to parents and staff. Dr. Granger is collaborating with the Office of Overseas Schools and the College Board by talking to families about post-secondary education opportunities in the United States.

Dr. Granger met for lunch with a selected group of students chosen by the Counseling Department.

Good Deeds Day (Teachers Association) Ast teachers joined the global movement Good Deeds Day which was held this year on Sunday April 7th. This is a day about doing good actions in the community. Our teachers went to Fundación Hondureña para El Niño con Cáncer and spent time, snacks and some gifts with the patients.

PTO Bingo Friday night was so much fun at the PTO’s Bingo. Hundreds of prizes were given during the whole night and everyone left happy. Congratulations to our PTO Moms for their hard work and for organizing this incredible event. We want to thank also all the sponsors of this activity and our parents and students for making this possible.

AASCA Volleyball, San Pedro Sula AASCA Volleyball girls and boys teams did a great job at the AASCA tournament held at EIS in San Pedro Sula. We congratulate all our students and coaches for their hard work and sportsmanship and the Athletic Department for all their support.

Alumni Corner Laura Facussé (2000) Alumna Laura Facussé’s passion for the design and marketing of beauty and food products has led her to excel in Honduras and abroad. In 2016, she arrived at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where she graduated in June 2018 with a Master's Degree in Engineering and Administration, after obtaining a } Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Administration and Design Strategy from the University of New York (NYU).

One of her biggest creations is Vonne. Vonne is a brand of beauty and personal care, with high quality natural products. Among them: lipsticks, stimulants, perfumes, among others.

Laura has developed and launched more than 50 products that have been marketed in 10 different countries; in cities like New York, Mexico City, Ibiza, and also places like Cucuta, Colombia.
