If you outgrow your current space prior to your Lease expiration, American Property Management may be able to relocate you to another APM managed building. If after twelve (12) months into the initial Lease term, you need to expand your square footage by 20% or more, APM will attempt to relocate you to another building managed by APM and relieve you of your initial Lease obligation provided that:
