Changing the world in Johnson County

The Community Foundation of Johnson County (CFJC) is the grant making charity of choice for people who seek to change the world by making an immediate and lasting impact on the community. By giving through the CFJC, donors support arts and humanities, education, health and human services, environmental and animal, and public and societal benefit organizations. Donors may give to existing funds or establish their own funds. Endowments qualify for the Endow Iowa Tax Credit. The CFJC, which is governed by a board of community experts, provides a fully-vetted, tax efficient vehicle for connecting those who care with those who need.

Community Foundation of Johnson County Board of Directors

We are grateful to each and every donor for all they do to help our community. No gift is too small to ease immediate needs and the requirements of generations to come. Whether helping youth discover the world in the woods or in the concert hall, assisting the elderly to age in place, or ensuring that teens thrive at school and at home, donations to the CFJC help connect those who care with those who need. Please join us, grow with us, and share the responsibility of a better tomorrow with a gift to the CFJC today.
