using the same channel, then you could notice a major slowdown in your Internet speed • Upgrade your modem or router to a newer model • Use Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi to ensure a stable hardwired connection

How to Restart Your Modem 1. Turn off your computer(s) 2. Identify your DSL/Cable modem (box with a phone line or TV cable attached) & unplug from the power source 3. Identify your Router (box connected to computer) & unplug from the power source 4. Wait 1 minute, then unplug in the DSL/Cable Modem. Wait again, plug in the Router & wait for relevant lights to become solid 5. Power on the computer(s) & open browser to test for connectivity
