You must call AM3 Customer Service at 866-263-3241to cancel your service(s) or you will continue to be charged each month. If you are an AM3 digital cable customer, please return all equipment (including the digital box, the Dish Network Q-box if you have HD, and any AM3 remote controls) to the following address on the designated dates: Fox Hill 1627 Devon Lane Harrisonburg, VA 22801

If you cannot deliver your equipment to this location please mail at your expense to the above location. Please do not mail via USPS or we will not receive your equipment.
• You will be charged up to $450 or more per receiver if you do not return all of your equipment to AM3. Please return equipment as soon as you disconnect service. • Please request a return receipt if you mail your equipment for proof of return. Please do not mail via USPS or we will not receive your equipment. • Applicable charges will also be added to accounts with equipment that is returned damaged. • Any equipment left behind in the apartment will be charged to your account.
