TALENT DEVELOPMENT Talent Development aims to support our Measures of Success by providing high quality experiences to our members. TMP and TLP are as valuable as GCDP and GIP, and by creating diverse experiences, we change the lives of people who will change even more lives in the future.


Product Implementation Product Implementation is the key to grow like never before. By changing the way we provide exchanges and making sure that each and every customer is a promoter of AIESEC, we allow our organisation to reach new targets and thus to be more impactful.

Profile-Based Recruitment We need to change our way of doing recruitment and going from basic recruitment to Profile-Based Recruitment. We need to have the right person at the right position to enhance high level of performance. We believe that we can attract talents that will have perfect fit in our organization. Each Recruited profile will be considered as an experience.


Talent Planning We need to know the time span of our talents and this is done by having: Short-term and Long-term HR goals. We constantly need to have clear overview of the skills, competencies and background of our talents in order to know what is missing to add it and what is working to keep improving it. Having different talents focus depending on current strategy is a key to increase the performance and help the growth.

Refreshed Member Education Cycle Structured set of learning events that are provided to members during their AIESEC Experience. It involves an understanding of what kind of education the members need at what point of their time in AIESEC. Create the environment for people, using all areas of the learning environment


Middle Management Introducing Middle Management in our LCs would allow us to offer more experiences to our members. Strengthen AIESEC knowledge of our members and allow them to have a better understanding of their current roles and also their future positions. Improve talent pipeline by having more HR in middle management that would apply for higher positions. Have a better control on transition and the transfer of knowledge
