Customer Service Rating Awareness Workshops Organized By Emirates Post Group A series of Customer Service Rating Awareness Workshops were organized by Emirates Post Group. The workshops were organized under 1st Postal Zone initiative. These workshops were organized to prepare for this yearâ€™s UAE Government Service Excellence Program. Ms. Thamna Sharifi, Director of the Zone, at Al Falah Post Office in Abu Dhabi spoke about the criteria set for the customer rating system in line with UAE Vision 2021 and UAE Excellence Award. She also explained the reason behind the program and steps which were required to be taken in order to achieve success. A total of eight criterion were presented by her which needed to be followed by the group for standardization of customer service. Recently, the Emirates Government Excellence Program awarded 8 post offices of the Emirates Post Group with 4-star rating. Acting CEO of Emirates Post Group, Mr. Fahad Al Hosani, said that this initiative would motivate the eight post offices to work harder and able to set high quality service standards.
