This plot has quite an incline as it is situated on the slope of a hill The access to house is by the top floor where we can find the bedrooms. The living, kitchen and dining room are on the ground floor in contact with the garden and the overflowing pool. A great porch joins the exterior space with the interior areas.

The purpose of this project is the construction of a new primary school for kids between 3 to 12 years old. The building is placed forming a "U" shape . The volume raises two floors on the north and east side and a single plant on the west side

Project: Resdential house, Beach of Pals 2 Floor area: 405,00 m Year: 2011 Software: Autodesk Maya + AutoCAD

The plot limits with the Golf Course and the housing project has adapted to the landscape so that the whole main floor is at the Golf course level. The roof of the living room, dining and porch has metallic beams with ceramic tiles. The floors are all of natural stone.

This house is in Begur with outstanding sea views. The actual building follows the line of the terrain and all the spaces are very linear so that it integrates into the landscape. The central area is the dining room with double space which communicates with a study area and a library.

The guest house has been designed as a light structure in the garden, the inside space is inundated with natural light so that space gels with the exterior. The furniture and finishing are chosen specifically for every space.

The house is developed in one level, following the land. The access is between the volume for the garage and the main building. The configuration of the interior is influenced by the exterior changing according to the requirements.

The house has been placed at the end of the plot to achieve the best orientation possible. The day area is on the bottom floor and is in contact with the garden. Above the dining room there is a double space creating the study as an additional space.

This house has been designed with one large open space on the ground floor. The central area is a double space lighted from the roof which communicates the ground floor with the first floor. The kitchen and dining room is only separated between a see through wooden structure giving continuity to the kitchen, dining and living area and the garden.

The renovation and redistribution of the house makes of the use of the top floor and roof, a key feature because of its great views over the Tamariu beach, the second floor has been redesigned to fit the client’s needs, ensuring good views and maximizing the space. The interior patio gives life to the chambers around it.

The upper floor has been projected following the existing ground floor, simplifying the volumes with straight lines. The rear west fa莽ade is set back and protected by pine wooden slats. The distribution allows for great views throughout the house from the front garden to the rear patio.
