“As
to
my
vision
for
the
Journal,
I
want
the
Journal
to
con8nue
to
 grow
in
terms
of
the
kinds
of
student
work
we
can
publish,
the
 number
and
kind

of
students

who
submit
their
work,
and
the
 areas
of
student
work
we
can
include.

I’d
very
much
like
the
 Journal
to
have
more
visibility
across
campus,
across
Boulder,
 across
Colorado
and
the
world.

I’d
also
like
to
work
on
a
more
 stable
revenue
base—that
is
something
we
need
to
talk
to
Fred
 about.

I’d
like
to
expand
on
the
notebook
from
’08
with
a
more
 comprehensive
catalog
of
exactly
how
things
are
done
so
that
we
 have
some
con8nuity
from
year
to
year
and
so
that
we
don’t
have
 to
re‐invent
the
wheel
con8nually.

I’d
like
the
Journal
to
be
 professional
enough
that
we
could
use
it
to
adver8ze
to
 administrators
at
CU
and
Colorado
legislators,
to
businesses
and
 donors
we
would
to
give
the
program
and
the
Journal
money,
to
 recruit
students,
etc.
