VIDEO OPPORTUNITY OFFERED Professional video crews will be on site to film speakers, tech product demonstrations, interviews with exhibitors and full conference activity. Video content will be produced for social media, internet and other promotional purposes. In addition to the AITF social media channels and website, most 2019 AITF event partners have agreed to distribute conference video content on their own channels throughout the year to keep industry influencers and the senior consumer target market informed and updated. The AITF Event Partner Network has a potential to reach millions of targeted viewers.

EXHIBITORS WILL EXPERIENCE:

• Product demos and interview segments will be professionally recorded on a “studio set” during the event.

• All Platinum level sponsors and above will be offered this benefit. • Gold, Silver, Bronze Sponsors and Exhibitors can add the video component for an additional fee. • Post event edited content will include logos and conference related visuals, as well as intro and outros from professional voice-over talent and/or experts. • Video participants will be given access to company specific raw footage on event day.
