TYPE OF WORK: FACADE AND SHADING SYSTEMS DESIGN, ARCHITECTURAL BIM AND STRUCTUE COORDINATION -FULL CGI PROJECT DESCRIPTION: MAIN CONCEPT AND PLANS DESIGN HAS BEEN DONE PREVIOUSLY BY ANOTHER FIRM, THE REQUIERED WAS TO DESIGN FACADES AND SHADING SYSTEMS ACCORDING TO THE CLIENT’S VISION AND TASTE. THE PURPOSE WAS TO MIX BETWEEN CONTEMPORARY AND TRADITIONAL ELEMENTS TO BRING A TIMELESS SENSE TO THE PROJECT.

BUILDING RENOVATION:CORDOBA

TYPE OF WORK: DESIGN, MODELLING AND RESENTATION PROJECT DESCRIPTION: THE PROJECT IS A RENOVATION FOR AN EXISTED MOSQUE OF AHRENSBURG DISTRICT IN THE SUMMER OF 2017. TWO OPTIONS FOR THE RENOVATION HAD BEEN SUBMITTED, ONE TO REMAIN ON THE EXISTED BUILDING MATERIAL AND THE THEME OF THE MOSQUE. THE SECOND IS TO COMPLETELY DESIGN A NEW ONE BUT WITH A HIGHER BUDGET. THE PROJECT WAS A QUICK PROPOSAL FOR THE ISLAMIC COMMITTEE IN HAMBURG LASTED FOR ONLY THREE DAYS.

PRIVATE MOUNTAIN VILLA ISTANBUL ARCHITECTURE DESIGN: FREE LANCE

TYPE OF WORK: SUB-DESIGN, MODELLING AND RENDERING PROJECT PROJECT DESCRIPTION: THE VILLA IS LOCATED IN ÇATALCA DISTRICT IN ISTANBUL CITY. THE MESSION WAS A SUB-DESIGN FOR THE ELEVATIONS OF THE PROJECT IN CORPORATION WITH THE MAIN DESIGNER FOR THE VILLA TO OFFER IT FOR THE OWNER. IT HAD BEEN WORKED ON THE MODELLING IN REVIT AND OFFERING EXTERIOR RENDERS FOR WITH 3DS MAX. THE VILLA IS NOW UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

TYPE OF WORK: DESIGN AND PRESENTATION PROJECT DESCRIPTION: SALATA BUILDING IS AN EXITED OFFICE BUILDING LOCATED IN THE CITY OF QATAR. THE OWNER OF THE BUILDING WANTED TO RENOVATE THE BUILDING TO BE UTILIZED AS A RESIDENCE BUILDING OR A HOTEL-LIKE APARTMENT. THE CUSTOMER WANTED TO HAVE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ROOMS IN THE ONE FLOOR. THE PROPOSAL HAS TAKEN BY CONSIDERATION THE OUTER BORDER OF THE BUILDING AND STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS. THE CONCEPT OF THE DESIGN WAS TO FOLLOW THE FLOW OF PEOPLE WHEN THEY MOVE BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT TRANSPORTATION MEANS. AND TO PROPOSE A FUTURISTIC VISION FOR THE DISTRICT OF BORNOVA. TAKING BY CONSIDERATION THE SURROUNDING URBAN TEXTURE AND THE NECESSARY AXIS OF MOVEMENT. TYPE A 1+0 FLAT (25,75m²)

JORDAN RESIDENCE BUILDING JORDAN EXTERIOR DESIGN:CORDOBA

TYPE OF WORK: DESIGN AND MODELLING PROJECT DESCRIPTION: THE BUILDING IS LOCATED IN THE SUBURB OF THE JORDANIAN CAPITAL: AMMAN. THE CUSTOMER OWNS THE WHOLE BUILDING, FOR THIS HE DID NOT WANT THE BUILDING TO LOOK LIKE A REPETITIVE FLOOR BUILDING, BUT AS A UNITED BUILDING OR LIKE A VILLA. THIS METHOD HAD BEEN FOLLOWED IN DESIGNING, IN ADDITION TO TAKE BY CONSIDERATION THE DIRECTIONS OF THE BUILDING AND PRIVACY ELEMENT. AUTOMATED EXTERNAL LOUVERS WHICH OPEN AND CLOSE ACCORDING TO THE INHABITANT’S DESIRE HAS BEEN UTILIZED. ALSO, LOCAL BUILDING MATERIALS OF THE STONE AND MARBLE HAS BEEN CHOSEN. THE DESIGN WAS SUBMITTED AS PROPOSAL OF AN INTERNAL COMPETITION BETWEEN SELECTED ARCHITECTS OF THE FOUR BRANCHES OF THE COMPANY. THE DESIGN HAS BEEN SELECTED TO THE FINAL STAGE WHERE ONLY TWO DESIGNS HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE CUSTOMER.

MONUMENT DESIGN:CORDOBA

TYPE OF WORK: DESIGN, MODELLING AND PRESENTATION

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: THE PROJECT IS A PROPOSAL FOR A MONUMENT IN A ROUNDABOUT FRONT TO THE QATARI EMBASSY IN THE CAPITAL ANKARA. THE AIM WAS TO PROPOSE A MONUMENT CONCRETIZING THE QATARI STYLE. FOR THIS, TWO PROPOSALS DERIVED FROM THE QATARI CULTURE AND HERITAGE HAD BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE EMBASSY COMMITTEE.

OPTION 2: ISLAMIS STYLE TOOK THE TRADITIONAL ELEMENTS OF: ARC, THE HOCTAGONAL STAR AND THE PRECIOUS QATARI PEARL. THE ARCS ARE SET AROUND THE HECTAGONAL STAR TO BE BEND FROM TOP TO ENCLOSURE THE FOUNTAIN THE HOCTAGONAL STARS ARE SET ABOVE EACH OTHER IN A GRADUAL FORM TO SITUATE THE PEARL ON TOP OF THEM

TYPE OF WORK: DESIGN AND presentation PROJECT DESCRIPTION: THE PROJECT WAS A TURKISH NATIONAL COMPETITION TO PROPOSE A DESIGN FOR AN INTERCHANGE STATION AND SOCIAL CENTER IN THE CITY OF IZMIR. A TEAM FOR EACH OF THE COMPETITION STAGES HAD BEEN FORMED. ACCORDINGLY, I HAD PARTICIPATED IN BOTH THE DESIGN AND PRESENTATION TEAMS. THE CONCEPT OF THE DESIGN WAS TO FOLLOW THE FLOW OF PEOPLE WHEN THEY MOVE BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT TRANSPORTATION MEANS. AND TO PROPOSE A FUTURISTIC VISION FOR THE DISTRICT OF BORNOVA. TAKING BY CONSIDERATION THE SURROUNDING URBAN TEXTURE AND THE NECESSARY AXIS OF MOVEMENT.

TYPE OF WORK: CO-DESIGN, 3D VISULIZATION PROJECT DESCRIPTION: THE TURKISH CONSULATE GENERAL IN KARACHI HAS SPECIFIC DETERMINATIONS BECAUSE OF THE CLIMATE, CULTURE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD. IN ADDITION TO CONSIDER THE SPECIAL DIPLOMATIC REQUIREMENTS. THE MAIN DESIGN HAD BEEN DONE BY THE CONSULTANT FIRM AND THE REQUIRED SCOPE WAS TO MEET THE MAIN CHOSEN MATERIALS AND FURNITURE.

INTERIOR DESIGN: FREE LANCE I

TYPE OF WORK: DESIGN, MODELLING AND RENDERING PROJECT DESCRIPTION: THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN METROPOL ISTANBUL, WHICH IS A PROJECT CONSIST OF RESIDENCES, OFFICES AND RETAILS. THE PROJECT IS LOCATED IN THE ASIAN SIDE OF ISTANBUL. THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN THE FLOOR 55, WHICH CAN OVERVIEW THE BOSPHURUS. THE CUSTOMER WANTED A MODERN SIMPLE DESIGN WITH BRIGHT AND LIGHT COLORS. ALL THE FURNITURE AND MATERIALS HAS BEEN CHOSEN ACCORDING TO WHAT IS EXISTED IN THE MARKET WITH SOME CUSTOM EDITS. THE DESIGN AND VISUALIZE PROCESS HAD BEEN DONE IN A SHORT TIME ACCORDING TO THE CUSTOMER’S QUERY AND THE DESIGN IS NOW UNDER CONSTRUCTION, WILL BE FINISHED BY THE END OF JULY 2018.

TYPE OF WORK: DESIGN AND MODELLING PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A WEDDING CEREMONY ORGANIZING COMPANY LOCATED IN QATAR ASKED FOR A TEMPORARY WEDDING CEREMONY INTERIOR DESIGN WHICH CAN BE IMPLEMENTED AND REMOVED AT THE SAME DAY OR WHAT IS CALLED: “KOSHA”. THE DESIGN CAN BE CUSTOM ACCORDING TO THE CUSTOMER’S DESIRE. ONLY SELECTED TWO CEREMONIES ARE DISPLAYED.

TYPE OF WORK: REVIT MODELLING | DRAWINGS AND COORDINATION PROJECT DESCRIPTION: THE MIXED-USE PROJECT CONSISTS OF SEVERAL BUILDINGS AND IS ONE OF THE LARGEST PROJECTS IN SAUDI ARABIA WITH AN AREA OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES WERE TO BUILD AND MANAGE BETWEEN THE ARCHITECTS THE ARCHITECTURAL MODEL ACCORDING TO THE PRELIMINARY DRAWINGS SUBMITTED BY THE DESIGN FIRM WITH AN LOD OF 300. WHILE ACHIEVING PROGRESS IN THE ARCHITECTURAL MODEL, THE COORDINATION WITH THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS HAD BEEN HELD TO MATCH THE TWO MODELS ACCURATELY AND DISCOVER ALL THE CONFLICTS BETWEEN THEM BEFORE PROVIDING THE DRAWINGS TO THE SITE. AT THE END THE AFTER COORDINATING THE WHOLE BUILDINGS AS AN ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL MODEL HAS BEEN MATCHING, THE TENDER DRAWINGS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE CONTRACTORS AND ALL THE BOQ HAS BEEN EXTRACTED FROM THE REVIT MODELS.

IN ADDITION, THE MODEL HAD BEEN EXPORTED AS A 3D MESH TO CONTINUE FOR FURTHER FAÇADE AND SHADINGS SYSTEM DESIGN AND RENDER IT TO GET THE FINAL DESIGN OF THE PROJECT THAT WILL BE APPLIED IN REALITY.

FIFA 2022 TRAINING SITE

TYPE OF WORK: MODELLING & DRAWING PROJECT DESCRIPTION: THE PROJECT CONSIST OF PRE-FABRICATED UNITS WHICH WILL BE INSTALLED IN THE DETERMENT SITE. THE UNITS WILL BE FUNCTIONED AS THE TRAINING UNITS TO EACH OF THE STADIUMS WHERE THE WORLD CUP 2022 WILL BE HOSTED. THE WHOLE PROJECT HAD BEEN MODELED IN REVIT, THE LEVEL OF DETAILS FOR THIS PROJECT HAD REACHED THE SCREW OF THE CABINET. THE PROJECT HAD BEEN SET ON PHASES AS HOW IT WILL BE IMPLEMENTED IN REAL. ALL THE OTHER DISCIPLINES OF MEP AND STRUCTURE HAD BEEN ALSO MODELED IN REVIT WHICH WILL NOT ALLOW FOR ANY CONFLICT IN THE STAGE OF CONSTRUCTION. IT HAD BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE FIFA COMMITTEE THE WHOLE MODEL WITH THE REQUIRED SHOP DRAWINGS AND REPORTS. I’VE BEEN PART OF THE REVIT TEAM, WORKED IN BOTH: MODELLING, DRAWING AND COORDINATING. THE PROJECT LASTED FOR COUPLE OF MONTH AND IT IS NOW UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

TYPE OF WORK: DRAWING PROJECT DESCRIPTION: QATAR RAIL IS THE NEW RAIL SYSTEM WHICH WILL CONNECT THE CITY OF DOHA IN QATAR. THE PROJECT NOW IN ITS FINAL STAGES. THE WORK HAD BEEN DISTRIBUTED BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT DISCPLENES AND COMPANIES. OUR DUTIES WAS TO WORK ON THE ‘BACK OF HOUSE’ WHICH IS THE PART THAT IS NOT SEEN TO THE PASSENGERS. THE INTERNAL PARTS OF THE WALLS, FIRE AND EMERGENCY EXISTS. SINCE I HAVE JOINED THE PROJECT IN ITS FINAL STAGES, I’VE WORKED ON THE TWO CATEGORIES OF: DRY WALLS DRAWINGS AND SCREED DRAWINGS.

GRADUATION PROJECT

TYPE OF WORK: DESIGN, MODELLING, RENDER AND PRESENTATION PROJECT DESCRIPTION: THE PROJECT IS AN INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION HELD IN DAMACUS IN THE YEAR 2013 TO PROPOSE A COMPLETE DESIGN FOR THE NEW SYRIAN PARLIAMENT. MANY PARTICIPATE LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL JOINED IN THE COMPTETION EVEN THE ARCHITECT: ZAHA HADID. THIS GRADUATION PROJECT HAD BEEN SUBMITTED AFTER THE WINNERS OF THE COMPETION HAD BEEN ANNOUNCED BUT NON OF THE PROJECTS HAD BEEN ACCEPTED TO BE EXECUTED. THUS, A NEW LOCATION HAD BEEN PROPOSED. THIS PROJECT HAD WON THE FIRST PLACE BETWEEN THE SUBMITTED GRADUATION PROJECT OF THE YEAR 2013 IN THE DEPARTMENT OF ARCHITECTURE. AS WELL AS HAD BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE PARLIAMENT MEMBERS AND APPROVED.
