PROFILE Alpha Prosperity Events is a full service wedding planning company, based in Missouri City, Texas. We assist clients with wedding planning services throughout the greater Houston area. Because of the great significance of your wedding day event, your selection of a wedding planner should not be taken lightly. Getting Started - Consultations

Our consultations will help you get organized so that you can start planning the wedding or event of your dreams. Hourly consultations or a packaged number of hours are available for clients that only need help in particular areas such as budget planning, choosing vendors, creating time-lines and itineraries, etc. We’ll get you started with: > Discussions to assist you in deciding on a theme, décor, and overall ambiance for your wedding > Assistance, guidance and tips to help you establish a workable and realistic budget > Vendor suggestions and a list of questions to ask when meeting with vendors > Etiquette advice

FULL WEDDING PLANNING

Excited about your new relationship status and the idea of a wedding but really don’t have the time to plan all of those details? Leave the planning to us. We handle everything from the largest to the smallest detail. With this package, you tell us what you want and we make it happen. Listed below are just a few of the key services included in the complete package: > Unlimited consultations to plan, manage and coordinate all wedding details, vendors, design, planning calendar, budget and event timeline. > Facilitate and attend meetings with you and vendors as necessary to ensure plans are progressing accurately > Guest list and RSVP Management > Assist with wedding weekend and special events (bridal tea, rehearsal dinner, etc.) > One planner and two or more assistants (includes a designated bridal assistant), to execute the plans for your wedding day vision > Completely customized plan, for your special day and your wedding event WWW.ALPHAPROSPERITY.COM

“MONTH OF” WEDDING COORDINATION

You started some of the planning and realized you don’t have the time, energy or patience to complete all of the details, but you still want to do some of the fun stuff and have input. You need some assistance in completing the rest of the details and bringing it all together. With this service, we step in to manage details you have already finalized, as well as assist in the completion of any remaining plans. Listed below are just a few of the key services included in the complete package: > Review all contracts, negotiations and manage vendor relationships > Facilitate and attend meetings with you and vendors as necessary to ensure plans are progressing accurately > Contact vendors to confirm arrangements and review of event timeline > Coordinate and oversee the details for the entire day of your wedding (getting ready, the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and clean up) > Prepare and pack gifts and personal items at the conclusion of the reception event > One planner and two or more assistants, based on the number of guests

“DAY OF” WEDDING COORDINATION

Already have everything planned but you would like for a professional to handle the details? This service allows you and your family the luxury to relax and enjoy the celebration, knowing the details are handled. With this package you don’t work on your wedding day; we do, to implement and coordinate your vision. Some items included in this service: > Initial meeting four to six weeks prior to the event to discuss wedding details, contracts, and any last minute details to be completed. > Coordinate and oversee the details for the wedding day > Coordinate wedding rehearsal (2 hours) > One wedding coordinator and one assistant > Contact vendors to confirm arrangements and review of event timeline

DECOR SET-UP & MANAGEMENT

This package, is perfect for the DIY-Bride or couple that already have design elements planned and ready to go, but don't have the time to set it all up. We take care, implementing each of the decor details for your wedding or special event, according to your design or decor plan.
