Mission Accomplished:

256

Units, Tight Deadlines, and a Whole Lot of Teamwork!

After months of planning and dealing with backordered products, we faced a tight deadline to complete the setup, delivery, and installation of all 256 units for the Idaho Transportation Department!

Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our purchasing department, warehouse staff, delivery team, and service technicians, we successfully met the target date.

This project demanded early mornings and late nights, and it would not have been possible without the collaboration and commitment of everyone involved. The completion of this deal marks an important milestone and a crucial partnership that will benefit our community.

We are proud to have partnered with ITD and are excited about the positive impact this collaboration will bring. This successful endeavor reflects the strength and dedication of our team, and we look forward to supporting ITD as they enhance their efficiency and service delivery.

UPDATES I.T.

Desert Sage Success!

Network upgrades for Desert Sage Health Center went extremely well. There were many complaints about the speed of the network and wireless connections at Desert Sage’s remote locations in Grand View and Glenns Ferry. We ran projects to replace their infrastructure at both locations including a new 1GB circuit for the Grand View location. Both sites were upgraded with new Firewall, Switching and Access points and reports from managers at both site at very positive including a thank you from the management at Glenns Ferry.

Customer Review!

“I just wanted to let you know that David did such an amazing job getting the laptops all set up for our two new hires. He was so thorough, he made sure absolutely everything was working correctly before the new hires’ first day, and he also did a really great job of communicating with me regularly throughout the process. I already told him how much we appreciated his help but I wanted to share it with you too.”
