Idaho Business Review Top Companies Luncheon

Allied Business Solutions was recently named as one of the 2024 Top Companies in Treasure Valley to work for The awards program was promoted by Idaho Business Review in partnership with Best Companies Group.

This regional survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in the Treasure Valley area. The 2024 Top Companies in Treasure Valley list is made up of 15 companies.

To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibilityrequirements:

•Beapubliclyorprivatelyheldbusiness.

•HaveafacilityinTreasureValley.

•Haveaminimumof15employees workinginTreasureValley.

•Mustbeinbusinessaminimumof oneyear.

Companies entered the two-part process to determine the 2024 Top Companies in Treasure Valley

The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process and analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.

Idaho Business Review launched Top Companies in 2022. This is the first year, Allied Business Solutions has been named and awarded this recognition as a 2024 Top Companies Medium-sized Business Finalist. Fifteen companies across three categories were selected as finalists and I’m proud to announce that Allied placed #5 on this list. Without our employees, and your dedication and commitment to the excellence we strive for each day, this recognition would not be possible. Thank YOU!!

IT UPDATES

We have three new Managed Services clients that were added in March. First, we have Insure Edge. Afiliated with our current client Strategic Risk, they are located in Eagle.

Next, we have Connect Testing & Inspection. They are a material testing company. They test asphalt, blacktop and other construction materials for many government and private construction companies. Located in Garden City, they are a fastgrowing company that uses technology to improve their process. They are moving through our onboarding process and will go live on April 1st.

Lastly, we have Birds of Prey Motorsports out of Caldwell. They sell Suzuki and Yamaha Motor Bikes, Ski Do/Sea Do Snowmobiles and Watercraft, and Can-Am On and Off Road machines. Their company culture statement says, “We want you to have fun, and the best way we can make your experience fun is by having fun ourselves. Our number one commandment is to treat the customer like you would treat your mom or dad. We love what we do and we hope that shows in the quality of our work and the way we treat our customers.” Birds of Prey Motorsports will go live with Allied’s MSP services on April 15th, 2024.
