Narciso Mendoza Primary School now boasts two colorfully-painted, two-classroom buildings! With the doors and windows fitted and electrical wiring run, the school is on its way to being ready for class. On the other two buildings at Narciso Mendoza Primary, the walls are being prepped for painting as plastering continues. The bathroom dividing walls have been poured and volunteers are ready to install the sinks. Outside of the classrooms, the concrete walking pathway that connects the buildings has been laid. At Vicente Guerrero Primary School, volunteers have poured the footings of the foundation and begun backfilling on what will be the new 3-classroom structure. Now that the column rebar is installed, the brick walls are getting higher every day. Work continues on the other classroom buildings at Vicente Guerrero, as volunteers put the finishing touches on the plastering work and begin painting the interior walls.
