his point of view that China existed undamaged Song Dynasty Gold color black glaze tea cup. This paper amended the point of view that only three pieces of such works existed in the world and all of that are at overseas (from the book “The History of Chinese Porcelain”). In the paper, Mr. Hu also presented his innovative insight that the origin of these highly decorative tea wares are from the practices of Chabaixi-an ancient artistic ritual of tea drinking in Song Dynasty. Mr. Hu has also devoted himself into the collection and study of ceramic tiles, which are produced by government kiln in Ming Dynasty. His published papers highlighted the historical significance of ceramic tiles( made by government kiln in Ming Dynasty), argued that these tiles were the earliest ceramic materials used for construction and decoration of buildings in the world. Mr. Hu has paid much more attention to the export porcelain (produced in Ming & Qing dynasty) since the early 1990’s. Over a dozen years, he has gone to overseas to collect and study the Clark porcelain.
