In a month notorious for being soggy and damp, you may find yourself (unlike years past)
cringing at the thought of brighter days ahead. Designers of wellies—most notably, Hunter— have recently released a downpour of poppy takes on your longtime wet-weather essential. Defined by orange, cherry-red and lemon varieties, their latest incarnations are enticingly fresh and perfect for color-blocking in the rain. While you'd likely be willing to forego flowers in order to wear them through May, you're better served to slip on a pair in your fave hue while you still can. Not only will they remind you to look for a rainbow, but they'll also serve as a hint to those less savvy: There are no rain checks in fashion.
