[Since 1991] Arturo Salinas has worked as a lawyer and is a founding partner in Salinas & Salinas. His expertise is in Tax Litigation, Consultancy in Finance Strategy, Corporations, Foreign Investment, Labor Legislation, and Writs of Prohibition.
[1971 to 1991] He advised the Federal Government in issues such as Writs of Prohibition, Administrative Resources, Finance, Criminal, and Tax Claims.
[Since 1979] Arturo Salinas has worked as a lecturer in Higher Education Institutions such as the Faculty of Law within the University of Nuevo Leon and the Technological Institute of Higher Studies of Monterrey (ITESM) teaching Tax Law, Constitutional Law, and Administrative Law.
