Physical Well-being

What are “wellbeing” events?

Community Well-being Social Well-being

The five areas of Wellbeing come from Gallup’s The Five Essential Elements of Wellbeing. After asking thousands of people hundreds of different questions, Gallup determined that doing well in all of these five areas lead people to a life that thrives. From satisfying and challenging employment to being part of a community, attending events in each of these areas will help you go from surviving college to truly thriving in college.
