PREPARING YOUR HOME FOR SALE


INTERIOR & EXTERIOR PRESENTATION

• Make sure the lawn is mowed and trimmed on a regular basis! • Remove any outside debris or other items which may give a cluttered appearance • Wash all windows inside and out • Keep your home straightened and picked up regularly • Clean hardwood floors with buffer or high gloss polish. (Make sure the floors do not become too slick for visitors to your home) • Keep carpets vacuumed on a regular basis

Make sure all beds are made Remove and put away any laundry items that may be laying around Be sure to keep clutter to a minimum! Paint the front door if needed Spruce up the front entrance and walkway for good first impressions Reduce or remove any extra furniture so all rooms will have a spacious feel Make sure all rooms have light neutrally painted walls
