ceLebrate recovery chiLdcare coordinator needed

Celebrate Recovery, a faith based recovery program, is seeking a committed childcare coordinator for their Monday evening meetings. The position is responsible for overseeing the care of 5-10 children ages infant-9 years old and scheduling volunteers (contacts provided) to assist. Expected hours are 6:15-8:45 pm each Monday, plus additional scheduling and preparation time to approximately 12-15 hours/month. The group meets at Alexandria Covenant Church in the Ministry Center. Background checks, interviews and a short training video are required for all staff and volunteers. Details, call the Catalyst Church office, 320.759.1800.

operation: send-a-hug!

We would like our Service Men and Women to feel loved and supported this Christmas season. Small gifts are like giving “a little hug from home� to a soldier and telling them that we care about them, are praying for them and are thanking them for their service to our country- which is something many of them will not be getting from home. We are accepting money donations at a table in the Commons Area. There are cards at the table to be signed with a personal note for them. You can place the card in the basket on the table (Do not place money in the personalized card). Please make all checks out to ACC, in the memo line write “Operation: Send-A-Hug. All proceeds will go entirely for supplies needed specific to each camp,. There are two camps we are supporting one in Kuwait and the other in Afghanistan.
