#1 Unused buildings and ruins are finally demolished.

#3 New parking lots and biodigestor plants are built on the empty lots surrrounding de CBD.

Debris is withdrawn and deposited in Belle Isle to form new spawning beds for sturgeons.

#4 Maize fields are planted, they work as gigantic ad displays and leisure venues, the crops feed the newly built biodigestors.

#5 Empty unusable lots are flooded to create a new ecosystem.

ESTURIÓN <ACIPENSER FULVESCENS>

The new ecosystem integrates various endagered spacies from the region in an artificial wetland.
