YOUNG PEOPLE HOLD THE KEY TO THE FUTURE AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization, run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion or national/social origin.

In order to address the world’s leadership gap, AIESEC is offering the world’s most advanced leadership framework for young people, by providing young people with hands-on experience as well as providing spaces to reflect on these experiences, learn from them and through them become better leaders. BRIEF: YOUTHSPEAK FORUM 18.19

Planning Culture Inclusiveness During the planning stage, Both MC and OC members responsible will have a sit down to draw out a realistic plan that would ensure effective implementation for a successful Youthspeak Forum 2019. This planning process will take into consideration risk management as well as collective ideas to help align theme based on the current need in Denmark Communication During the all stage, it is expected that all involved in the process should be able to keep in constant communication in order to keep the flow of effectiveness. All involved should be able to communicate personal and professional challenges, needs on delegation, need for guidance.

Implementation Culture Creative Technique It is encouraged that all involved in the facilitation of YSF 2019 carryout creative strategies to implement given/assigned tasks so long as the MC responsible is informed and OCVP responsible approves. This is to make sure that strategies that would hinder the execution of the conference is not taken(risk management purpose). Time Management It is important to note that the goal of YSF 2019 is to implement a culture of ‘effectiveness’. Therefore time management is very crucial. If one s not able to carryout assigned task(s), it is advice that he/she communicated ahead of time. Regardless of this, Procrastination and Laziness is not encouraged. Have a logical reason.

Expected Team Dynamic Team Bonding and Debriefing There will be a team bonding and debriefing Activity/meeting facilitated by OCP once in a month Information Flow MCVP  OCP  OCVP Information flow works both ways. If OCVP at anytime need MCVP guidance, OCVP can reach out. If MCVP needs information, it can be gotten from OCP or OCVP. The reason for this is to ensure uniform information.

Report Writing Apart from Verbal communication flow, report writing is very essential for documentation purpose and performance tracking.

Internal and External Learning Areas Internal Learning Points For every Facilitator involved in the making of Youthspeak Forum 2019, if willing and able to learn will be able to carryon or develop the following based on their measure of operations. • Organization Understanding • Goal Oriented mentality • Inclusiveness • Strategy implementation and Risk Management techniques • Networking • Interpersonal Skill • Global awareness mentality External Learning Points Delegates: Community and global Awareness, Action orientation, Drive for Results. Partners: Youth perspective, innovation for goal alignment. These are basic. We also consider value of propositions in drawing out learning areas for partners.


FORUM DESCRIPTION STAKEHOLDERS

Youthspeak Forum is a premiere event that is held in over 100 countries. Adapted from Y4GG. The Forum brings together 150 people both young and senior leaders to form a diverse cross-sector and multi-generational space for inspiring conversations around pressing global issues. The forum aims to create an environment where people from diverse backgrounds can cross-pollinate ideas, share insights and gain new perspectives to create actionable outcomes to push the world forward.

What companies do you see being involved in YSF 2019 and how do you plan on approaching them? How will you ensure a properly functioning OC Team? How Will you Ensure your Team Produces result and develop themselves simultaneously? Draw out a reasonable budget for a target revenue of 50,000DKK. What key strategies would you implement to ensure the financial sustainability of the event?

Coordinate creation of budget and reports. 100,000 Sponsorship Support for Forum Collection of Event Fees. Creation of Financial Report after Event. Organize trainings on current needs of the team internally. Build and Maintain Team Dynamics. Manage interfaces with OCVP ER & Marketing Managers, and Partners through the MC Responsible. Keep the big picture in mind and implement the vision into the event. Personal One on One meeting with MC responsible Weekly(Physically or Virtually).

(OCP will receive 2000 DKK from the starting month of duties till April 2019. Applicant must reside in Copenhagen)
