We took advantage of the slope to create an undeground parking lot, the religious complex is on top of it. The complex is divided into 4 spaces, to make the church standout we designed a dynamic cover. Av
To reach the final solution of the cover of the church was followed a design process, which conceptually consists of the game of heights between the corners of the deck, which helps to prioritize the spaces. It gives the appearance of movement

ARTE AC The present project is located within the Obispado’s historical residential area. The Arte AC is a complex of four buildings, each with different architectural styles, that form the school of design. Three buildings were houses that were renovated to accommodate the school. The purpose was to rehabilitate the complex, changing the course of the school to an extension of the ITESM School of Architecture, Art and Design. The rehabilitation seeks to preserve the historical houses and changing the buildings that have lower conservation value. One of the requirements was to increase 600m2 of construction

One of the low conservation value buildings is the classroom building.
Increase of m2, following the structure of the existing building.
Extension of the glass facade in specific edges of the building,
Reflective glass tha reflects the trees, is higher than the other planes to highlight its importance.
Transparent screens that divide the plaza creating routes.
The screen reaches the Fashion Building to have the same language.
The main objective was to do a “magic trick” with the main building, to make it disappear. This was accomplished with the use of a reflective screen on the main building that would reflect the trees and the use of transparency on the other screens, which adds to the ambiguity of the transition from inside to outside. . It shows the public space and the interaction of the nature with the structure. The form is like a declaration for the building’s openness that attracts people to experience it.

The formal design follows factors such as main axis of the campus , all this cuts and forms the building. The central spaces is the lobby of triple height due to that it has versality and can be used as an exhibition area or as an event hall, while the volume of the auditorium rises above all elements. To protect the west and east areas the glass was covered by a white terractotta facade. DESIGN PROCESS

CITIZEN PARK The Citizen Park arises after years of struggle to rescue the public space, which was intended to build a parking space, the struggle of citizenship, from civil society organizations such as Bicicletero Village, Hola Vecino and Ecotono Urbano. The park is located near a local government office.
CITIZEN PARK Contest Parque Ciudadan Period May 2017 Team Miroslava Hernรกndez, Nayeli Cisneros, Andrea Aguilar Site Monterrey, Nuevo Leรณn Our proposal is to make this park a step, a living park, achieving this with the solution of the needs of the place, which we identify as the lack of security, comfort and preservation of the plants. The design of the walker and the garden was created by playing with irregular shapes and a variation of colors using the plants to create an exciting environment that improves the sensations of the users. For a better functioning of the park we divide areas using different furniture and material. Another area of opportunity that we identified was the ponding that occurs in rainy weather, to avoid this problem we established a rain garden to r eturn the water to the subsoil. The proposal has as a priority to respect the trees and propose more vegetation, to create pleasant and worthy environments to live in the day to day of the people.
